Can't say I agree on his opinion re third part support though. The console is getting cross platform releases. And surely exclusives like Monster Hunter, Bayonetta 2 and LEGO city can stand toe to toe with those titles that won't be on the system, this year.

If software is what drives the install base, and if cross platform releases only matter to people who own one console, I don't understand his assessment on third party support. Unless its based entirely on GTA

I would buy Madden on Wii U, instead of PS360, because of the GamePad features.

You're right 200% is double, but a 200% increase would be triple (100+200)

I didn't appreciate the enhancement to gameplay that the GamePad can bring until I used it. And I can't say that I was warm to the idea of the GamePad, before then.

If I was fresh out of high school, grown up on 360, it would've been a difficult sell.

One and One Story is the only 'love story game' that I have connected with.

I think the genius of design in One and One Story shows how difficult it is to tackle grown up issues through play.

I voted for Rayman in Jan, but not in March

I would have bought it, if it was available now, but I'm not so sure that I will buy it, come September, because of the competition on the shelves.

That's why I couldn't vote for it this time. But hey, maybe the promised challange mode freebie, will change my mind....

(it'll need to come before September though, if it arrives the same time as the retail release, I'll probably just download challenge mode and forget about the full game)

Ther are some IOS platformers that are actually pretty good. I don't enjoy playing with a virtual d-pad, so this news is good news, to me

It made me think. So here's what I thought.

Its perfectly reasonable, looking at the current library, to suggest the Wii U enjoys strong third party support. Yes, It's easy to list games that won't be on the platform. But the Wii U library does have AAA third party games, some exclusive to the platform, both released and announced.

There's a worry that future releases will dry up and Nintendo isn't being aggressive in securing development for the platform. Yet there is evidence, in Bayonetta 2 and Ninja Gaiden, that Nintendo are using there financial muscle to get core games on the system.

The complaints about Nintendo's own software, is personal really. I can't say I want what he wants. But what I would say is, with Pikmin, Mario Kart U, 3D Mario, Smash Bros and Zelda U, due relatively soon. There's room for plenty of surprises yet.

Thats all the points I could pick up.

This demo actually made me a little anxious about the final product. The touch screen level is sooooo flat and lacks any real challenge. Worried about how these levels fit in with the rest of the single player campaign.

I echo the comments that this game needs wii remote pointer controls. I will be very disappointed if you can only play this with the GamePad.

I'm hoping that the revamped zapper, with the GamePad attachment, is used on this game.
