Mario & Luigi: SuperStar Saga for sure.
I'd also like to see more Super Mario Advance titles.
But most of all, Pokemon Emerald. We need a traditional Pokemon game on the 3DS, so why not now, even if it is exclusive? Then again, I'm not sure if Nintendo would do trading or battling using DS Wireless Communications.
