Look at Ubisoft and Activision now look at EA with ZERO in the pipe for Wii U. Considering also that their support goes back to the NES there's gotta be more at play here than simply "Business Decisions"

I don't know that in the long term Nintendo is better served by leaving alone the control over advertising on a site as big as youTube where it's property is concerned.

@Hugo all I'm saying is that its difficult to compare media that operates in accordance to what it's issued and licensed and media that doesn't when it comes to making profit. I just don't think that comparison is the right one for this issue.

@Hugo I don't think it's as much of a standard as its YouTubes own policy on using copyrighted material. NL does not operate I'm sure outside of their agreements. Many Lets Play videos are in contrast to what the site outlines is appropriate regardless even of what Nintendo decides. So I think their actions here have been very favourable to content producers if they aren't going to strictly enforce youtube policy as they might have done.

What seems backwards is people earning cash from doing something they agree not to as per youTube policy.

Nintendo is setting some controls and its their responsibility as a property owner to do so. They certainly could have done more by removal of the content.

@Thomas After examining that ad closely it looks to be just a general AC skin and not specifically an Aveline costume. Is there some other info from Ubisoft that says its Aveline?

I do wonder tho if they will have trouble getting the average PS360 owner to upgrade anytime soon. We know the dedicated will come out and day/week one the consoles, but beyond that? Could be turbulent sales too like Wii U.

Indies and kickstarter run the gamut. I'm excited for the well made games that will see the light of day because of it.

There are sub-weapons and some cool ones like the recently revealed spinning blade that gives you a horizontal moving air attack/dash!

Cannot wait! The bosses all look great and it will be fun to play them in battle mode and some of them in the story. And there's still the female knights to come!!

If they bring castle of illusion remake to Wii U it likely won't impact any of that loss but I'll be a happy customer!

There's Wii U love out there amongst the dev community. These guys aren't the only voice.

I'm happy they are joining Nintendo in resisting the mobile app games and fighting to keep consoles in business.

It's crazy that people are calling for Nintendo to abandon its hardware and IDENTITY and throw its games on an app store.

The backgrounds look great. I think some of the character designs could use some flair. Otherwise it looks like some great potential. Glad for the Wii U love!

It's a great game on 3DS. I bought Mighty Switch Force for Wii U after playing it on 3DS and it didnt seem worth it for me so I won't be getting this.

Got it for SNES and GBA and now on WiiU! I remember how beautiful it was to look at when it first released and it's still got that charm!

I think NSMBU is a worthy progression for the 2D series and I prefer playing it over SMW. It really goes on to perfect the 2D Mario platforming experience for me.

This is a critical title for charging up console sales. It has to come sooner than later at this point and be heavily advertised until no one is ignorant that the WiiU is the bright future after Wii.

I love the 3DS' 3D I don't care what anyone says about it. It's never lost its appeal much like my appreciation for HD and retina displays over SD res for my TV/phone/tablets.

I hope 3D can in someway survive with Nintendos next handheld/console.
