@pikmaniac02 Tight controls? Expert level design? Are you sure we played the same game? The only levels worth playing in that game were the secret levels where the gimmicks and poor level design were replaced with something that was actually playable. I spent a ridiculous amount of time in some levels because the objectives were poorly designed with no efficient path to reach them without luck. Also, they seemed to have managed what I thought was impossible and made the camera worse than it had been in 64. Definitely a trick for me. EDIT: Come at me Sunshine Defense Force.
@erv It's a retro review. As far as I know, this site came into existence after the Gamecube era. So there catching up. Correct me if I'm wrong, it's just a guess.
I kinda agree with Destroyer. Movemondo may look very similar, but it definitely has a much "cleaner", for lack of a better word, look to it. Maybe you could make a couple of changes?
Wow... Some of these people are just clueless. If they spent more than 10 seconds on this site, than almost none of these would exist. You clearly state on the homepage you aren't Nintendo lol. Nevertheless, this is a great article. And I would also want to know how to play games on this site lol .
7 sounds about right from what you mentioned in the review. Doesn't stop me from buying it though. I should mention you can turn off the voice acting if you choose.
Personally, I'd prefer it if they keep developing retail games. I've enjoyed all their releases thus far and can't wait for Arc Rise Fantasia. Either way, however, as long as they continue developing great games, it doesn't make much of a difference.
It'd be nice if Nintendo included new dungeons every once in a while as DLC. I hope that's what they do if they decide to go through with this DLC idea.
I really think this game should have used a Remote and nunchuk combo, especially since all the complaints I've read about it could easily be remedied with the nunchuk. For instance, not being able to move in first person view.
A couple things I hope they fix is the Wiimote on the screen that tells you how to play. I found that completely unnecessary and obstructive. Additionally, I'd rather you not have to twist the remote around in order to pick an item. It'd be much easier if I used the control stick.
I'm not sure I want it. I'd been waiting for a Kirby game on Wii for a while, but this isn't exactly what I was expecting. I'll have to wait and see...
@LEGEND_MARIOID The main reason for its low metacritic score is that many reviewers found the game to be too challenging for them (they are classified as wimps for not trying harder ),
