@3dbrains yeah, vc games are okay ...but retail downloads?? ...by the time you have downloaded the game, installed the game and updated the game ...you could have gone to the nearest store and bought a physical copy, and you would be playing it within an hour!
@sonic-doom It's been like this for a while but it's pretty much down to the retailers “what’s left of them in the UK and those that are, some are still in financial difficulty like GAME” the retailers don't want to bother with buying in new Nintendo products or to buy in new Wii U games …since there's no or very little profit in it for them …there retailers after all, and will only buy in and promote what’s currently selling and what will make them profit …or who pays them to promote the crap they push!
I buy most games from online retailers now, unless there’s an offer in a store. Online retailer prices are a lot cheaper and you don’t need to deal with the forced sales rubbish, so it's a plus!
...I understand why Codemasters created such a game, big brand name, and some karts and crazy tracks = $$ ...but I'd rather have a real F1 racing game!
There's lack of support from UK retailers, such as GAME and Supermarkets like Asda ...it's like the've never heard of Wii U?? The UK press are always putting the console down, and to be honest, most people do believe what's printed and follow other people reviews! ...also downloadable games are far to expensive, and the ones that are under £20 are iPhone ported titles with a overpriced price tag, basically just pure crap, but that's another topic ...and the Wii U tv ad being banned because someone didn't understand that only some games can be played off screen?? How's that misleading ...It's no so much Nintendo, it's just the UK ...come on 20% tax!! ...it's why Nintendo moved out of the UK in the first place. Anyway back on the topic, yep the new "Nintendo" upcoming titles will generate more interest/sales, after all there's more money to be made in the Nintendo branded titles.
@uximal It's just stupid people, not really Nintendo's fault...it's in those terms and conditions that we all seems to skip over ...and then put blame on the company when we don't read them?? He shouldn’t have received anything back, never mind an extra $50 for the trouble!
@xj0462 Some of the programmers did work on littlebigplanet ...they also decided to go independent since Sony canceled yet another game they made! Nothing like getting paid and your work to never been seen, or played...
