It's make like a tree and get outta here, doofus! you sound like a moron when you say it wrong! wait, i think i said it wrong too... irregardless (arrest me stewie!) this game looks worth $20 For a bttf megafan like me.

@mariofanatic128: Every single one includes the immortal "what the hell is that?!" that line has gotten me out of more than one scrape over the years. its one of the things that made this trilogy great.

Hmm this could be really good or really bad. not diggin the animation style here. it makes marty look too much like hiccup from 'how to train your dragon'. also, my favorite line in part iii when marty says "great scott!" and doc brown says "this could get heavy!"

Nilkad_Naquada commented on Review: Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword (3DSW...:

Sakura garden sounds similar to chao garden in sonic adventure in the same way that this game is similar to punch-out!! Interesting though this seems, i think i'll pass. i'm still trying to finish the immensely long Okami. amazing, but long. very long. worth it though, because epic art direction + epic storyline (although it does seem to be like in old comic books where a threat just got neautralized and then " but wait something wicked this way comes again!") + Amazing gameplay + uber imaginative celestial brush = one of the best games i've ever played ( and i didnt even mention the amazing humor)

@dazza: actually i think that gameboy thing looks kinda neat. i'm not saying i'd take it places, but if i had a gameboy i would totally use that just hangin around the house.

@vincentV: dude you are so right.t 1) i dont wanna hafta wait for the revision and 2) there's no guarantee that the revision will come in LoZ edition. thats assuming the revision has a second circle pad, which it probably won't. plus the black one will go great with my black LoZ 3ds. This is a definite buy for me, for 3 reasons: Kid icarus: uprising, luigis mansion 2, Metal gear solid 2: snake eater 3d. also, it does look quite comfortable and if lack of bulk is that important to people put one in each pocket when u walk around or just carry a Bag of some type.

oh ok haha aint that the way it goes? i finally get to talk to a dev and They aren't gettin exposure either. from what i've seen its pretty hard to break into this business. and yeah i see what you mean it always kinda annoys me when games only work using one play style but i wanna experiment and that is a pretty big risk. but i'll have to play farther into it to get to the parts where i have to stop using lightbulbs (theres something i never thought id say haha) anyway please continue to make imaginative games! like i said the only real problems were the physics engine and the size of of the trap activation points ( and yes activation points is a term i just made up)

@gstewart: it is pretty great to see a dever taking interest in what us average joes have to say about your game. honestly i think the premise is amazing, But it doesn't work with an engine thats not up to scratch. besides that i can say my only complaints are that a lot of the trap pieces are indeed too small to use well and the lightbulbs should just be taken out because they, combined with the difficulty of just activating the traps, discouraged me from experimenting with the traps almost at all. also, me and some people are starting a development group and i was wondering if you could give us some pointers as far as how to get in the public eye and become known. i'd really appreciate it.

@Mr_Reece: can you tell me what "thrupence eightpenny" is worth in american currency please? i'm just kinda wonsering. also my cousin who is a huge winter sport fan bought this game and having played it i can say that i wholeheartedly agree with everything you said in this review. were the gameplay better i could suffer through the graphics and audio, but if they aren't gonna bother to make the gameplay decent then just forget it.

... i'm kinda disappointed. as much as i love sidescrolling mario games, nintendo struck gold with sm3dl and i wish they would expand on that game... and maybe wait a little while.. i mean its not that i dont like to have mario games asap but generally when a series goes yearly it indicates that sales have been low recently and they're tryin to milk the fans that have been buying games. i know that's not true of mario but still...

Nilkad_Naquada commented on Rumour: Wii U "Twice as Powerful as Xbox 360":

Ok, i'm just gonna lay all these rumors to rest. while its not technically confirmed, this info is from a trusted source who has never lied To me before.

If you add together the processing power of the Wii, Xbox 360, and ps3, you get around the processing power of the version of the wii u shown at ces, 6 months prior to release. the next xbox will be 6 times as powerful as the xbox 360, 20% More powerful than th wii u. sony has said they wont be making another system but it looks like they'll be going back on that.

@radixxs: He was most likely referring to the target audience.... in which case he's 100% right. and how is racing more a sport than football? and, more importantly, why is there a conversation about sports on nintendolife? it's like the stuff of nightmares... anyway my cousin got the game and having played it i disagree with this review. i think the game deserved a lower score. it is quite literally the worst racing game i've ever played, and that's coming from someone who's played ben 10 galactic racing and that crappy shrek racing game the name of which i can't remember... so yeah this game sucks. the best racing simulator i've played is top gear rally for game boy advance. give it a look. it's good.

@Neonshell7: ok thanks. i personally, having now found out what it is, see it as more of a skill techniquebut i also really don't feel like arguing so let's just agree that we both put in our opinions and leave it at that. live and let live. funny thing is, i've been doing that in mkds for years and just never kneew that some people consider an exploit. but i almost never play mkds multiplayer so the only people i was stealing wins from was 150cc computers and they're so overpowered that really i was just leveling the playfield. i prefer the good ol days when 150cc meant better ai rather than higher level of cheap shots right at the end of a race.

I think alan rickman should do link's voice! just to piss off the kind of gamers who complain, complain, complain about design choices and go on and on about how they could do better but then never prove it. plus alan rickman is awesome.and everyone would be shocked to here his voice coming from Link's mouth. one time i took videos of cutscenes from wind waker and edited them on my computer using alan rickman voice patterns From a harry potter movie and made it seem like link was talking and it was hilarious, with alan rickmans deep, kinda creepy, depressed-sounding voice coming out of toon link's mouth.

Nilkad_Naquada commented on Nintendo Has No Plans to Fix Mario Kart 7's Ma...:

Honestly, i wouldn't want unearned VR credits because i would soon end up racing people out of my league, and have to taste my own bitter medicine when they pwn the crap out of me. any glitchers who haven't thought of this will find out soon enough. and besides that, glitchers automatically lose bragging rights among friends in most groups. i know that if i found out any of my nerdbros was a glitcher our group would banish him from all gatherings for like 6 months and he would lose bragging rights to all wins for like a year after. and honestly, i could probably figure out how to update the online servers to require the update if i had access to them, so i don't see why nintendo's whole debug staff can't. fail. I don't see why glitchers do it anyway. i just don't see how they can value unearned wins over enjoyable gameplay. and can someone explain to me what this "snaking" in mkds" is? sounds interesting.

Nilkad_Naquada commented on Round Table: Looking Ahead to Nintendo in 2012:

The 3ds does not need dual analog. the metroid prime game turned out amazing without dual analog controls, so unless you're completely close-minded and can't handle any change whatsoever, you can survive without them.and if you really can't stand the prime control scheme, then instead of dual analog you could use the gyro controls: circle pad to move and turn to turn. it would feel more natural to turn rather than move the right circle pad.or just do what prime hunters did with the touch screen. i know it gave some people cramps but imo it worked well. that game was bad imo for a lot of reasons, but the controls weren't one of them.

Nilkad_Naquada commented on Talking Point: Your Sonic the Hedgehog Memories:

Making my first dark chao in sonic adventure dx! i LOOOOOVE dark chaos! but seriously sonic adventure is one of the last good sonic games. most games after sonic adventure 2 i've just tried to forget about. Most of the games that came before (sonic the hedgehog, 2,3, sonic n knuckles, spinball, etc.) but the only game after adventure (i played the dx version but....) was Sonic Advance 3 for GBA. Now that was a good pure sonic game! no stupid gimmicks, no idiotic gameplay mechanics that are unnecessary and dont work properly, just good pure immaculate high-speed sidescrolling obstacle course platforming! and while some people gave it flak for not having levels as big and explorable, but i personally think the linerity suited sonic quite well. i also enjoyed the variety of available characters. but, although i enjoyed these other games, This game made a good lasting impression on me that nothing else did, even though it introduced big (#i hate big th cat). and i absolutely loved the chao garden. soooooo CUTE!

I notice u left out kingdom hearts ddd and honestly i'm glad u did. i know ur takin a lot of flak for it but really imo 358/2 days started killing the series and re:coded delivered the final blow. the only way to resurrect it is to bring rosa back. i weep for the death of the best thing to come from square enix since they killed final fantasy. that's kinda the trend with squaresoft ever since they merged with enix. square enix kills a great series, everyone continues to hype new installments, refusing to admit the series is dead, finally one comes out that's so bad that noone can deny its suckhood, and square enix continues to make unwanted sequels. they start a brilliant new series and repeat, working faster this time. also u forgot to mention the mother game I'm praying to god gets made. and the majora's mask remake i'm praying to god gets made.

@Sean_Aaron: the fact that you use a mac, coupled with your comment about not playing more than an hour a day, fills me with disgust and makes me not want to ever take any of your gaming-related opinions seriously. hippy wuss.

Imo, this game would be less of a let down if it hadn't been made out to be the second coming of the messiah. its a poorly made fps that leans on its multiplayer for support, which the world has an overabundance of. it happens to have motion controls, some customization, and a weird little gadget which is way overused, but its extremely average. and @anyone who says they like this game solely because of customization, shut up, you're obviously not a serious gamer. if you were you would base your opinion off of things that actually matter, like the gameplay itself. with enough hacking any game can have customizable controls.

Nilkad_Naquada commented on Review: Metroid Prime: Hunters (DS):

I personally wasn't very impressed with a lot of aspects of this game, including that at the end you dont actually get the ultimate power. also, this game appears to believe in reincarnation, as you kill each hunter multiple times throughout the campaign, and there are multiple bosses to beat on each planet, even though it supposedly blows up after each one. it just seems lazy to say "well this planet blew up last time you visited, but we're gonna make you have to come back in order to beat the game because we don't want to have to make more than four planets." the planets themselves aren't very imaginative either: theres a space station, an ice world, a lava world, and an industrial world. and there a lot of recycling of bosses, such as cretaphid v. 1,2,3, and 4., slench v.1 and 2, fire spawn and ice spawn, and many many "guardians" , all of which are the same. most of the game in general seems lazy and recycled, and just dont really enjoy the campaign due to its lack of rewards. i play the game for mplay.
