There is no way it is a 2D Mario game, they're already doing one for the 3DS.

Looks interesting, but I'd like to play a demo before I go throwing my money at this game.

I think it looks great, I'd be interested in it if I didn't already have a 3DS.

I'm glad they didn't keep both the Start and Select buttons on the right side of the controller, I hate controllers that do this.

The main problem with achievements is that they're often not achievements at all.
"Oh, you killed a Goomba? Now aren't you a special little snowflake? Have the size of your e-penis increased by this meaningless feat!"
It's even worse when they give achievements for doing X thing Y times.

I don't think a touchscreen would work well with 3D, touching the screen and moving your hand over it would probably ruin the immersion. I'm all for HD though.

I must be the only person in the world who doesn't think they'll release a new model with a second Circle Pad.

I'd like this trend to move back into the home consoles. It makes me kinda sad when I look at how white and bland-looking the Wii U is, they could've at least put in colorful face buttons like the 360.
