I just bought the Japanese SNES Version and play it right now, but I'll make sure to buy the VC Release as well, though I have to wait for the EU Release..

i like this game but think its to easy...when you played it 3 times youknow what are the best power ups and youonly have to use shieldagain and again-.-

this game is really cool,i think better than gradius 3...but at the end its really hard...i think its 900 wii points worth^^

this game is so boring...i like gradius 2 and 3 more...still the same endboss...

this was my second virtual console game i think,a good game^^
when you start the game a person ask you how many players would like to play...you have to press the + button at the first wiimote so long till all people who want to play have press the + button(start when you have a gamecubecontroller)and if everybody have press+ you can play it^^
