MasterBlue commented on Review: Mario Party: Island Tour (3DS):

Nintendo is really trying their best with Mario Party honestly but they aren't going to be as good as the N64 ones or the early GameCube ( 4 and 5) ones. Plus this is 2013/2014 why don't we have online play with a game like this? That would be perfect for a Mario Party game, because not everyone has people in their immediate vicinity that can play games.

I honestly miss the Pac-Man World games. The second one was my favorite of the series. But enough about that, its nice to see that Pac-Man hasn't lost his luster in the 3D Platforming genre. I still didn't think this game was going to do very well. I might pick this one up after I finish Super Mario 3D World.

MasterBlue commented on Review: Super Mario 3D World (Wii U):

I seriously can't wait to sink my teeth into this masterpiece! This game will undoubtedly bring put the Wii U on the gaming map. Honestly besides Grand Theft Auto V, there hasn't been a game that has been released this year that was really innovative or creative. Nintendo continues to show its skill and prowess at being the gaming masters. Plus think about it guys, this is only the START of games that Nintendo is going to produce on the Wii U. Just imagine what Nintendo is going to achieve later on in the Wii U's life. Nintendo is really creating a great future for themselves and I can't wait to see what they have got!

The Wii U is definitely making a comeback with this year's holiday season. All Nintendo had to do was release some games that people actually wanted to play and were relevant. Keep up the good work Nintendo! Can't wait to see what you give us next year!

The soundtrack that this game offers in really vibrant and colorful. I like how most of the level tracks have like a jazzy-like theme to them. Definitely one of the best soundtracks in a Mario game since the widely-acclaimed Super Mario Galaxy series.

@Kobayashi I'm sorry my comment was kinda biased towards the other consoles that Nintendo has produced in the past. But for me the N64 Virtual Console Titles is honestly what made the Wii Virtual Console so great and because the N64 had WAY more memorable titles that the SNES had. Then there is what I said about the GameCube games and I really stand by that. I know people that had a GameCube but skipped the Wii entirely but now have the Wii U. In terms of multiplayer titles, the GameCube was second to none. Plus the material that Nintendo produced on that console was just completely new and refreshing. Like the cartoon-ish looking, Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker and Super Mario Sunshine's implementation of the FLUDD into the core gameplay. If Nintendo really wants to see some serious sales they need to look back at what REALLY made them the Gaming Giants that they are now.

I think that Nintendo needs to put games on the Virtual Console that people actually remember and want to play. The Virtual Console won't be anything special until Nintendo puts all of the Nintendo 64 games back on the roster and start optimizing the Wii U for GameCube games

I think that if they were going to do an HD re-release for another GameCube game if should be Super Mario Sunshine. That game has a lot of colorful aspects, great level designs and rich textures that would be gorgeous in High Definition!

This is no doubt going to be one of the best 3D Mario Games to be released! It really is amazing how small the game is in terms of file size and the game still looks beautiful and vibrant. Can't wait to see what type of amazing levels Nintendo will be able to come up with later in the game with some of the newer items!

MasterBlue commented on Sonic Generations Still On Course for Release ...:

For everyone that has a Xbox 360 or a PS3 (I have the PS3) there is a Sonic Generations Demo coming to Xbox and the European PSN Store on October 18, 2011. All of the American PS3 owners will have to wait until next Tuesday on October 25, 2011. The Demo has been confirmed to have Classic and Modern Sonic's take on the Green Hill zone.

I can't believe it man. The P wing will be in this game so this actually (more or less how ever you want to picture it) confirms that Mario will be able to fly in this game......AWESOME. But whats the deal with the white, glowing Tanooki Leaf? could this mean that you can fly with that too?

@pntjr
Yeah bro this game would be epic playing on a console the can display HD graphics. Just think about how many mini-games that thing will be able to run and you have the tablet controller that would completely re-invent the series. But that would be the only reason why i would get a Wii U though.

MasterBlue commented on Feast Your Eyes on Skyward Sword's Intro Movie:

I love the Legend of Zelda series of game. But after Twilight Princess the game kinda just.....felt like it was time for me to just move on. But when I make enough money at work to buy a 3DS I will be getting Sonic Generations (Both 3DS and PS3 versions of games) Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, and Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D (just for old time sake)

Nice game. This will be the best handheld Mario series game ever! The level designs look beautiful and there seems like there was a lot of effort put into this game. The only concern will be if you can ride Yoshi and if Luigi will be playable or not. Even without all of these editions this game will be one-of-a-kind! Keep up the good work nintendo

MasterBlue commented on The 3DS Circle Pad Expansion Comes in This Box:

Honestly I really don't need a 2nd circle pad for the 3DS. I I've played Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and the camera and other things work just fine by just pushing the buttons. So in my eyes this is kind of a waste of time and money on Nintendo's behalf

I wish this game was getting the recognition that Super Mario 3D Land was getting (I mean c'mon that game looks like it will own like a ) but I was expecting more from this game. Still looks like it will be good with the 3D Special Stages.

Yeah this game game really does do much for me and my tastes at all. It was a cool idea but they could have built more upon it in so many ways.

MasterBlue commented on FAQ: Your Super Mario 3D Land Questions:

I hope this game will have the Ice Flower power-up like in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. But even with suits they have already shown ( The Tanooki Suit, The Fire Flower Suit, The Starman, and more recently the Boomerang Suit) this game will be one for the ages. Hey quick note does anybody remember the article on IGN the suggest that there will be reference from the Legend of Zelda in the form of a level somehow? If that actually makes it into the game it would be EPIC

MasterBlue commented on Looks Like Mario's Got His Boomerang Suit On:

This game is awesome. Did anyone see the article about Luigi being hidden in the game. I really hope its true. Because that would make the game twice as fun and entertaining (get it? twice the plumbers? twice the fun?)
