Klobb commented on Mario History: New Super Mario Bros. - 2006:

Went back and replayed this game and sadly wasn't as good as I remembered. It's still fun but the other NSMB games have really improved on it and created some much more enjoyable level design. I think NSMBU is the best of the lot... if only it didn't have 3 very similar games before it. :/

Klobb commented on Review: Wario: Master of Disguise (Wii U eShop...:

I actually think this game is really fun. You're being pretty unfair towards it, other than the tedious mini games there isn't all too much bad to say about it. The levels are fun to explore, the disguises are interesting, and the game has great music. It's no Wario Land but it's worth more than a 4. ._.

Klobb commented on Poll: What Did You Think of Nintendo's E3 Digi...:

Can't understand the hate for Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes. We already have three single player focused Zelda games on 3DS, this is refreshing and quite frankly really fun looking. It's not "ruining" the franchise and it's hardly a "rip-off".

The new Metroid looks interesting but let's be honest, it's not Metroid.
The Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi crossover also looks like a lot of fun, I'm not sure about whether I'll get it but I'll definitely consider it.

And here I was thinking I still had mine, not realising it got removed March last year. Shows how much I cared for it. We didn't even have Dinosaur Office in Australia, but after searching it on Youtube, it's trash anyway so I guess that's a good thing.

Klobb commented on No FIFA For Nintendo Fans This Year, States EA:

@CTs_Lieutenant I don't like EA or FIFA very much, but considering their popularity it probably actually is bad news for Nintendo to miss out on this. Although then again, the Wii U version would have been the laziest version missing roughly half the features, and then EA just would have gone on to complain about how their games don't sell on Nintendo platforms. Oh gee I wonder why.

Klobb commented on Review: Watch Dogs (Wii U):

@Kit Nah man, don't let one review throw you off. Read other reviews as well, or look up gameplay and decide from that. I have bought plenty of games which got meh reviews but ended up loving them. It's opinion.

6/10 isn't even that bad anyway.

Klobb commented on Nintendo 64x64: Donkey Kong 64:

Not talking about the review when I say this, but this game is probably the most underrated overhated game Nintendo has ever published. There are people who will go as ridiculously far to call it the worst Nintendo game of the 90's.

It has its flaws definitely but it's still an incredibly fun and immersing platformer.

Klobb commented on Poll: Which Is The Best Legend Of Zelda Game?:

Windwaker and its HD remake shouldn't be separate entries. Neither should Ocarina of Time and its 3D remake.

But oh well, A Link Between Worlds all the way! The first Zelda I played where I really really got into it.

Klobb commented on Nintendo Japan Announces Plans for YouTube Aff...:

Good job, Nintendo. Trying to get rid of as much free advertising as you can.
Seriously, Nintendo dedicated channels are going to die out if they don't get monetised. Even popular game journalists and reviewers will just focus more on Sony and Microsoft.

And yes let's play counts as free advertising, when I see a fun game played I want to play it immediately

Klobb commented on Review: Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (3DS eShop):

The small screen isn't really a huge issue in the main game until world 8, where you make a couple of leaps of faith. The game is still playable thanks to the merciful number of lives to make up for cheap deaths.
In Lost Levels, however, thanks to the small screen you have to be psychic to make some of its jumps the first try. The koopas also bounce you nowhere near as high as they do in the famicom version of lost levels, making some jumps nearly impossible.

Everyone is better off buying the NES version of each game separately than buying this. Although, as a freebie it's alright. Doesn't deserve any higher than a 6.
