For a second I was worried The game is definitely really fun in short bursts, plus its really tough XD

@Omarzy So far as I know, the two games are not very related to each other. The relations are basically limited to some references and similar gameplay. I am playing the original Devil Surv 2 and the story feels full and I do not feel like I am missing out on anything.

I like Bombette randomly being in there Also laughed hard at Bayo, did not expect her to be there (with the M branding and basically her nature as basically a sex symbol). Guess Ninty really likes Bayonetta

This makes me want to buy an XBONE SOMEONE STOP ME!!!
I guess I'm in that elite clan that beat the original Battletoads, but I exploited some really weird glitch that teleported me 2 levels ahead like 6 times so that I ended up at the queen person way faster than usual.

Kasplat commented on Review: KAMI (3DS eShop):

The review reads more like an 8-9 to me Looks really nice though. Does anyone have any comment on the amount of content in the game?

Kasplat commented on A Cowboy's Tale from Nexis Games Rides to the ...:

I'm just surprised they missed how the white font paragraph was over the white background for a bit. Basically impossible to read there. Otherwise, the game looks kinda bad graphically, but it does have some potential.

@DarkKirby From my (admittedly limited) experience with XBLA, it was not very adequate. Some indie devs complained that their games took about 19 seconds to find their game if you knew what you were searching for. That is ridiculous. Still think Nintendo has quite a bit to learn from steam though.

Kasplat commented on Saints Row Design Director Was Working On An O...:

@BinaryFragger because third parties CLEARLY care about the opinion of a couple fans on a random nintendo discussion thread.

I do agree with your conclusion though; as much as I want something like this to happen, I doubt that that sort of game would do well on a nintendo console (look at GTA Chinatown).

@Punished_Boss_84 Oh shoot i forgot entirely about that 0_0 very disappointed in Game Freak for that, and I hope that effort fails. Not actually sure about the charges in pokebank, but maybe its to cover the database infrastructure, since I assume they plan on using that database for the rest of the pokemon games.

Kasplat commented on Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Budoten is Fighting Its...:

Havent actually played any DBZ games, but were there even 100 people that fought over the course of the manga? I mean, excluding those random people from original DB, I don't think there were more than like 10 new characters per arc.

Kasplat commented on Kirby and the Rainbow Curse Developers Give Ba...:

@scamander @AndyWARbear I doubt translation is the issue (cmon its a KIRBY game, how much dialogue can there be?), more likely its the backwards game rating system that most of europe has. There was some interview with an indie that explained the issues with game rating in europe that was on Nintendolife if you want to check that out

Kasplat commented on Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Apex Champion Call...:

@BaffleBlend Most melee players that dont want to change to PM arent doing it because they think PM sucks. They're more used to Melee and they would rather get used to playing against about 8 characters than trying to learn the MUs for all 40 or so characters in PM. Just because there is an alternative does not mean you have to take it.

Kasplat commented on Sneaky Ninja Infiltrates Kickstarter:

Pretty basic graphically, but looks like a blast gameplay wise! Just hoping they make the killing more satisfying; as of right now, the blade looks like it just teleports into their body and pushes them over. I think it would be more satisfying to get some sound effects and a more gory animation (I can't imagine a game like this is E anyways)
