JellySplat commented on Captain Toad Producer Says Nintendo Never Full...:

Well, I'd say the "ette" mixed with the fact it has pink pigtails and a feminine voice is enough to verify that Toadette is a female.

And toad has always seemed the more masculine out of the two, but this certainly isn't something I'm going to waste my time thinking about.

They're Toads.

JellySplat commented on Little Mac Is Officially The Least Successful ...:

The only OP thing[s] about Little Mac, is the fact that he can KO somebody at 60% damage, which is kinda ridiculous. Also, he can't flinch when charging an attack! Which is quite frustrating.

Other than that though, he's pretty easy to counter off of and, and is easily KO with a simple back throw/smash combo.

Also, I agree that Nintendo could use to expand it's amount of "New" titles, but honestly, this upcoming year is going to be huge for that.

"Nintendo could use to learn a bit from what others are doing and expand their offerings instead of making the same games over and over."

IMHO, that's what other companies are for :)

and I don't think he said "having stories in video games is bad", I think he just has a different preference for video games. Which is totally fine. I wouldn't tell an artist what he can and can't draw, so I won't tell a game designer what games he can and can't make.

@Guitardude7 If you want a great, long-lasting, in depth story, I suggest you play an RPG like Final Fantasy or something of that nature.

Honestly, I certainly do not disagree with you that Zelda Games have fantastic story-lines (which I love and cherish) but if you want to play a game that is essentially a interactive novel with a controller (and I mean that in the best possible way) You might want to give some RPGs a try.

Likewise. Sorry again for my attitude.

It really is easy to anonymously stomp people on the internet isn't it? I got banned from Miiverse because of my bad habit of raging when I'm mad. Ouy, I really wish they wouldn't PERMANENTLY ban people for making a couple of rude comments. While I completely understand it, and respect their attentiveness to trolls etc., It's really unfair to ban someone forever! I mean, why not just for a year, or even a few months? nope. FOREVER!

Ouy... Man I feel like a jerk now. I've been in an absurdly prickly mood recently. I tend to go on the internet and rage at things when I'm mad. Nothing super bad, I don't troll people or anything, but I do rage.

So sorry for my rashness and insulting tone. While (I'm sure you'd agree) I'm not one to take life lessons from people I don't know, I shouldn't have been a jerk about it.

You seem like a nice person, which is a rare find on the internet these days it would seem.

Sorry for being acidic/sarcastic, I get that way when I'm in a bad mood. Not saying it's good, it's just something I have to work through.

Good day sir, and thank you for slapping me out of my bad funk :) I'll try to set a better example from here on out.

(I still dislike "Teens React" though)

Yes WW takes 10 Chu-jellies per potion.

Way back in the day when Hyrule was a landmass, you could just scoop up the chu-chu's raw, since they were more naturally nutritious from the protein and fiber in the ground/trees which they lived in. But nowadays, you have to infuse it with the proper ingredients and nutrients to make it edible.

JellySplat commented on Nintendo 64x64: Donkey Kong 64:

I loved this game. Collecting all the bananas was one of the best parts about it!
There aren't really that many things to collect anyway if memory serves, let's see: Bananas, Gold Bananas, Blueprints (which got you more gold bananas), Fairies, and that's pretty much it!

It's not necessary to collect all the stuff anyway. You need reg bananas to fight the bosses, and gold bananas to get into new worlds. But you don't need to collect everything.

I guess if you're a completionist and you want to take a break from getting all the chocographs in FF IX (ugh) then this is not for you. But I like it still :)

these "kids" are acting far more worldly and idiotic than I ever would, and I strongly dislike their attitude. And I'm not just saying that because of this one video. I realize not everybody is tech/video game savvy, and that is perfectly fine. But the other video's these teens are in they act even more idiotic, like they're trying to put on a show, and that annoys me, as the "REACT" videos are supposed to be genuine first reactions, not 18 year old's acting like children half their age for a camera.

You can look at teenagers however you want to, but you can't put me in the same "class" as them if you know nothing about me or how I act, even though you may think you have my attitude and personality pinned.

I'm guessing you're getting a negative first impression of me, that's fine.

Have a good day.
