@shauntu I completed it, but generally if you talk about story elements from later in the game, readers will get upset about spoilers. I mentioned that the plot is all about grappling with the concept of robot self-awareness, and I think that's enough to go on without ruining any of the twists.

@dahkuToby Thanks for taking my criticisms in stride! I'm surprised you guys were able to crank out another so soon after Chubbins. It's great that you tried an entirely different genre of game, rather than rehash what you've done before. I'm excited to see what you do next.

JakeShapiro commented on Talking Point: Nintendo Should Beware the Slip...:

I'm surprised how few of the commenters here seem to be bothered by the sponsored DLC. Pikmin 2 featured brilliant product placement because it fit the tone of the game, but that may be the exception, not the rule. Pikmin was in a way poking fun at our consumerism with its humorous name-brand items, but the Mercedes in Mario Kart doesn't fit the over-the-top tone of the game at all and just seems to be shameless sponsorship. I'm hugely disappointed in Nintendo.

JakeShapiro commented on Interview: Console Wars Author Blake J. Harris...:

@retro_player_22 If you read the book, that's not true. SOJ created the CD and 32X as well. They launched the 32X because the Genesis had already been out much longer in Japan than in North America and Europe, so it was an older console that needed an update. The Genesis was released later in the West so the 32X was seen by Westerners as more of a rushed add-on.
