I loved the (SPOILER) and the (SPOILER) that you get after you (SPOILER). I spent so much time playing the game using that. WW is my favorite LoZ title.
Tales of Symphonia is/was a great game. I watched the first OVA last week and had to jump back in to the GCN game. Great great game. I don't have time anymore to "get absorbed in" RPG's, but I remember it very fondly.
SSBB is truly an impressive package. When you consider that they included all the modes, the music, the challenges, and the "masterpieces"... it's a staggering amount of content now-a-days.
Dual screen gameplay had a lot of potential years ago when Sega did it with the Dreamcast & VMU. Too bad the public didn't support the Dreamcast. (Considering the SegaCD, 32X, and Saturn...can you really blame them?)
The removal of "wiimote & nunchuk" controls killed any chance that I'd buy this bland Bond game. GoldenEye Wii was a lot of fun. (I even liked the Conduit series, although not nearly as much.) Seeing as this was made by the same people that did GoldenEye Wii, removal of the "wiimote & nunchuk" controls makes zero sense.
"...– it’s the first of the numbered titles that hasn’t made its debut in the arcade (not including the spin-offs such as Metal Slug Advance on the GBA..."
What exactly is the numerical equivalent of 'Advance'?
@6 RedLink: "in tow"...it's a phrase in the English language.
a. in the state of being towed. b. under one's guidance; in one's charge. c. as a follower, admirer, or companion: 'a professor who always had a graduate student in tow'.
In this case, SUPERMAN is "in tow". That's what they meant.
There's one 3DS peripheral that I haven't seen yet. It's the little dog/cat vest that allows you to put attach your 3DS "pedometer" to your pet. The little vest would also protect the 3DS from being damaged while giving its owner TONS of "game coins" or in-game rewards.
They end the series with this? Why? Did the "new idea guy" quit so they decided to just re-do an earlier game? This is not "coming full circle" or whatever spin they'll try to put on it. Very disappointing.

These videos tell you nothing. I knew little about Okami before and I still only know that it's about a dog or a wolf or something running around Japan. Okamiden changes it up by making the gameplay video really tiny and only using one of the two screens.
"GoldenEye's Success 'Proves Core Games Sell on Wii'" <sarcasm> Yes, and it has nothing to do with its name or perceived nostalgia. </sarcasm> Get real.
I personally really dug the Prime series of games. Other M was just so much different...control-wise. Flipping the controller around was an interesting idea (loved it in "Paper Mario"), but was too slow for some of the fights here. I tired of being hit by enemies because the game couldn't keep up with me or didn't give me enough time to move the controller and quickly aim. Personal opinion.
