"Software downloaded from the Nintendo eShop will include released updates and will no longer need to be updated after installation" now this kicks PS3's little sorry ass.

My thoughts are that Bill and Reggie lokked way more stressed than Iwata did. Poor guys WiiU sales are hitting them hard.
Also, can't wait for all the Zelda goodnes coming later this year, specially both Oracle ones.
Edit: Looked lol :P

Hetsumani commented on Nintendo Gives US Government Recommendations o...:

How the hell do they expect to get rid of piracy and have better sales in Mexico when their new consoles are much more expensive here than in the US. At retail stores the Basic WiiU sales for $430 US Dollars, the Deluxe sells for $586 US Dollars, new games sell for $70 to $100 dollars depending on the popularity of the game, the 3DS sells for $330 US Dollars, the XL for $383, the Wii $240. Of course there's going to be piracy.
EDIT: They don't need new laws, they need better pricing.

After reading a lot of "I buy Nintendo consoles for nntendo IPs" comments I came to a realization, the only Nintendo IPs I care about are Zelda and Pokémon. So I'll keep using my 3DS as a jukebox until Pokémon Y arrives, and borrow a friends WiiU when the new Zelda arrives, and buy a PS4. Unless Nintendo manages to get good 3rd party support.

Hetsumani commented on Goodbye Galaxy Games Responds To Renegade Kid'...:

@HugoSmits That's one of the main problems here in Mexico too. Here salaries are about 200 to 400 usd a month, but most of the games sold at retail can cost anything from 50 to 100 usd, it varies for every title and console, even the 3ds eShop games are more expensive, all the nintendo downloadable retail games cost 62 usd in the mexican eShop, and the Wii U costs 588 usd at any store, that's a huge ripoff don't you think?

That summary is actually what I expect from any review, short and to the point.
"Fans of "werewolve [sic] genatalia" will no doubt be rubbing their hands in anticipation for the game's"
Yes, they're rubbing their hands.

Hetsumani commented on Talking Point: Time for Wii U to Treat Us Like...:

All these policies are dumb, I don't understand why a parent would prohibit a kid to play a game, the more you do it the more the kid is going to want to play it. When I was growing up I was allowed to play anything I wanted and the only kids who played violent games, Mortal Kombat and such, were the ones who weren't allowed to do it, I never liked them.

Like Mario Party

And to think that companies pass on some awesome business for considering risky or not unworthy, like the 8 publishers who rejected the Harry Potter novels, or the developers who didn't sign with IBM and then Bill Gates did.

Hetsumani commented on Iwata Expects Wii U to Last a Generation:

All this "Gamplay is more important than graphics" thing is going to hit Nintendo real bad one day. With the Wii we had two choices, excellent gameplay and lowres graphics (Galaxies, Zelda, Metroid, Brawl), or excellent gameplay and eyecandy graphics (God of War, Fable, Oblivion, Skyrim, Batman Arkham, Assassin's Creed, Uncharted etc. etc.). I think I only wanted 6 Wii games in these 6 years, the regular ips. But in my ps3 i already have 18, not all are ips, and still waiting for more.
Now with the Wii U the technological breach has shortened, and I'm just waiting for the realease date to be announced, but the thing that sold me the console wasn't the gamepad, or nintendoland, not even mario or pikmin, it was the thought of playing Assassin's Creed III on a Nintendo console.
