They didn't release them in Europe because strategy games are text and and they would have needed to translate the into several languages. These games never really sold that well so releasing them in Europe would have most likely have cost Koei much then they would gotten back in sales.

It will obviously be titled Adventure Island Party...

I believe the reason why Toki Tori is so low is because these are weekly sales list and most of the people who wanted Toki Tori have already bought it.

Trust me when I say that Canadian beer is a lot stronger than the watered down crap they sell in America. I would also point out that the only thing a Canadian likes just as much as hockey, is beer.
