I think that a lot of developers don't want the innovation that Nintendo's hardware is bringing to table. They only want more powerful hardware with added features. I think that some of today's developers are lazy, and this doesn't look good going towards the future with video games in general.
I'm so sad to hear this. My history playing Eurocom games goes back to the N64 days. Mortal Kombat 4, Crusin the World, Hydrothunder, and The World is Not Enough. I played 007 Nightfire on Gamecube as well as the their two Wii games that's been mentioned in the article. I wish them well going forward, and blessings to those who lost their positions with the company.
@pinkspider I had a gold mushroom, but I thought at least one of the red shells would catch me. Good racing guys, I'll check back sometime to race some more with yall.
I just raced with 2 guys on here. It was fun! First time I played MK7 with my 3DSXL, it was more comfortable to me. I wish I could play some more today, but I have to go to work.
@SkywardLink98 Yes, things like that, lots of t-shirts, gaming contests, and beautiful women. I'll never forget E3 2001 when the Gamecube was first playable to the public. That year Nintendo had the most people in their booth than any other company at the show. Great times!
I've been to 7 E3 events (E3 1999-2005) in L.A. The excitement on the show floor hypes gamers up big time! Not to mention all the free goodies you get. Long live E3!
As a starting gamer of the 70's, 80's. I been exclusive to Nintendo for many years, I still own a NES and even the newer model they made. The NES dominated the home console scene for sometime, and I enjoyed playing lots of good games on it. It's a shame that so many good NES games never made to the Wii VC.
@Ryno Capcom asked Nintendo to release the NES version of Bionic Commando on the Wii VC, but Ninty told them no. This was before the new HD Bionic Commando was released for PS3/360. I think it had something to do with that.
This is good news! I never played the gb version either. Why did Nintendo allow Capcom to release this version of the game on VC, but said no to the original being released on the Wii VC?
I was 18 yrs old when the SNES launched, and now i'm 38. How time flies by! I still have my SNES and it has turned yellow in color. lol Awesome system by the way!!!
I bought this game the first day it was released. I love every bit of it! I played Dragon's Lair and Space Ace in the arcades when I was just a kid, so getting this was a big treat for me!
I have this on dsiware, the original, and Space Ace. The game looks good for a dsiware release. You can't expect it to look exactly like the arcade version, considering the memory they had to work with. Also, the audio for Dragon's Lair 2 is higher quality than the other two. The plus for fans of all three Don Bluth's games is having them available in arcade form on a portable via Dsi. Thank you Digital Leisure! I have the trilogy on Wii as well!
I totally disagree with this review! Space Ace on Dsiware is a good port of the arcade original. I grew up playing both Dragon's Lair & Space Ace in the arcades and loved them! I was more than happy to download them both to my Dsi, and guess what my credit card stays right where it is! @ bass: I still own the SNES verson
Good review! This is the worst Starfox game i've ever played. Both Adventures and Command were better in my opinion. @joetherocker We knew SFA wasn't a traditional starfox game, it's about adventure. Assault is though, in which it lacks compared to other Starfox games.
