Got this game on its release date and have played ever since, though lately only once a week or so (all the flowers have died). Once you have accomplished everything, there is still WiFi and traveling and visiting other people which is still fun, but the rest is pretty boring by now, especially watering!! I hope they will broaden their scope in a sequel, let you buy a sprinkler system or hire animals to water the flowers and allow you to shut off the constant background music.

I have played all the HM's back to the Super Nintendo version and liked them all but I have to admit my fav was the one for PS: Back to Nature. Why? Because in that game you could hire the sprites to do your farm work for you and that freed you up to fish and work the mines more, and they worked cheap (bag of flour or an egg). Beats me why they never did it in a game again. Milking, shearing, watering and feeding animals all get very old very fast. My only other gripe has always been the shortness of the 24 hour clock. It always seemed silly to me to take so long just to ride your horse from one end of the property to another, for instance. I really wish they would revamp the game next time around.

We had the game little more than a week before we had earned enough points to open all the game boards, Mii's and tokens. Nothing left to use the points for now. They just accrue for nothing. It's not WiFi like PS3 and Xbox versions. Very disappointed for these reasons.

I'm playing VC version of Super Mario Bros 3 and having no luck saving the game. Every time I turn it on, it starts as though I never played it before. It doesn't auto-save and there are no save options. What am I doing wrong???
