GalaxyWaffles commented on Rayman Legends is Exclusive to Wii U:
@WolfZombie You aren't forced to use Murphy. Ubisoft made it clear that you can beat the game without Murphy. Touch screen gimmicks? Please were past that era. Almost every smartphone has a touch screen, just like motion control it has become a standard.

@Dauntless Lack of supply? How would it lack supply? You say this like you know it will somehow magically run out of everything. Wii install base and casual install base is much bigger then the 360, PS3 & PC install base. Combine Casual along with the Wii install base and you have millions of dollars in your hands. Everything on Nintendo products sell. They always pay for exclusives, ex: Xenoblade, KH 3D, MH 4, MH Tri G

GalaxyWaffles commented on Rayman Legends is Exclusive to Wii U:
@k8sMum You clearly didn't watch the trailer. One person with the Wii U GamePad controls Murphy (the magic frog) and interacts with the environment along with other things. They're still able to see other players and stuff since the GamePad is replicating everything on the Tv screen. So that means that the other players look at the Tv screen and can also see Murphy interacting with the environment and among other things.
The other players can use either Wii Remotes or the Wii U Pro Controller. Make sense?

GalaxyWaffles commented on Mobile Publisher Believes Nintendo Ecosystem M...:
Handhelds are here to stay. You can't get the same experience from a handheld compared to games on a cellphone. Price has nothing to do with it. Sure you can get a game that's only a $1 or 2 but it's crap quality, to where as I pay for a game that $40 and it's good quality and lasts me for 40h or more.
People who play games on cellphones AREN'T gamers. The majority of app game users are usually 20-50.

GalaxyWaffles commented on EA's Summer Showcase May Feature Wii U:
I really hope they bring Sims to Wii U. Just imagine how much more you can customize your Sim with the touch screen, or even taking a picture and it turning into you or something

GalaxyWaffles commented on Mario & Sonic Win Olympic Bronze in UK Charts:
I'm VERY impressed with Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games. It's very fun and when playing with my friends we tried to out do each other a lot and get records. It's a much better experience compared to the last Mario & Sonic

GalaxyWaffles commented on Katsuya Eguchi: Wii U Design Philosophy is For...:
I say that they include the Wii U system, Wii U controller and Wii mote. I wouldn't mind if they didn't include the Wii mote since they are dirt cheap and can be bought basically anywhere.

GalaxyWaffles commented on Interview: Tomorrow Corporation - Little Inferno:
It's really nice seeing Indie developers on Wii U. Also Little Inferno as a launch title? That's pretty dang great!
I hope Nintendo keeps in contact with Tomorrow Corporations!

GalaxyWaffles commented on Namco's Harada: Smash Bros. Design is Sakurai'...:
Tekken characters CAN be in Smash Bros but their play style and look would have to be severely changed to accommodate the other Smash Bros characters.
I personally wouldn't mind Seeing Ryu.
