Wow, if Nintendo still thinks the 3DS needs to be repaired to fix this problem...wow. That either means they still haven't figured out what's actually causing the problem or it's a manufacturing problem, not a firmware bug which can be fixed with a firmware update. Neither of those possibilities is pretty.

They made a statement that the failure rate of 3DS is lower than their average failure rates. So maybe the "repair" is just sending you back a brand new one with a warranty and rolling the dice that you don't get another bad one

Just bought Ghost Recon....
6 BSODs in the last hour of trying to play it. Totally Lame. Never had a BSOD problem till this week now it happens with LEGO Star Wars as well.

Glitch? Game made that way? anyone else have this problem? This game will be really hard with 4 lives.

Mario64, Mario Sunshine, Mario Galaxy 1 and now 2 have all done that. It used to bug me but I like it now.

Yes but isn't it like Mario64 where your lives dont save? Everytime you start the game you begin with 5 lives anyways. So ppl like me can have fun seeing how many lives I can get in an hour or something. (or just get 20 1-ups from toad mail)

So, even though TP was released to the GC and Wii at the same time, you could consider the Wii version to be a remake of sorts?

They should've made it so you can have Link left or right-handed on the Wii. Now it's going to feel weird with Link being right-handed, and I'm not about to go get the GC version. I've gotten too far into the game to have to go through it again.

It's a port. The only reason they came out at the same time is cause they delayed it for gamecube for over a year. They shouldn't have even flipped the hands. It's not like it really matters it wasn't 1:1 movement.

I bought the Wii version at launch and the GC version after I beat the Wii version 5 times. In all honesty I prefer how the game plays on Wii, but the Gamecbue version gets the 10/10. The flipped world in the Wii version felt awkward the everytime I played it and when I played the GC version it was just... it felt right. (i'm left handed by the way lol) Just the way the world felt as you ride through it on Epona it felt Natural and since I had played the Wii version 5 times and KNEW everything was reversed the last thing I shoulda felt was how natural the landscape felt, but it just feels right. The game was built for Cube and it plays BEST on cube. That being said when I wna just BS around Hyrule Field I play the Wii version cause of the Bow Controls and all that.

Re: Pokemon Stadium: A solution for the obvious caveat?

GMo4824

Battle Revolution is one of the worst games on the Wii. I mean it's fun if you have a DS but it's got nothing on the original Staium 1 and 2.

I think Heart Gold and Soul Silver could be possible. But i'm sure it would take a lot of work to get the game working on VC. Like might as well just make a new wii game.... hopefully it's not horrible.

[lol i got a response from NIGHTCRAWLER! Marvel Reference]

Hello,
Thanks for writing! I’m glad you’ve taken the time to alert us to the issue you’re having with your Wii console. I’m confident that it can be resolved. While I would normally be able to provide you with a written response, your situation requires that you speak to us by phone. That way, we can get all of the details and work out the best solution.
At your earliest convenience, please contact Nintendo’s Consumer Service Department by calling 1-800-255-3700 any time between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week.

By the way, I'm afraid that there is not an automated way to back up all of your save files with one click. You'll need to move each file one at a time.

Sincerely,

Kurt Wagner
Nintendo of America Inc.

The thing i miss most is MEMORY CARDS!

I also wrote in the E-Mail how there needs to be a one click backup like all the other consoles have. I have an 8GB card in my Wii and I'd love to have all my save games on it with my VC games. I don't want to go through Data Management and move 100+ save games to my SD Card. That's like ... at least 300 clicks

Yesterday it happened to me 9 times in a row. That's the most it's ever happened. It went away for a few weeks and then it came back.

I don't think I really NEED to send it in but if I can talk nintendo into a free repair and a one year warranty I can tell all of you guys and you can get them too ya know?
