For Zelda: Ocarina of Time, they should make a new hidden temple of some sort with a new item. Or an ultimate temple in the middle of hyrule field that will test your skills that you have acquired throughout your journey. After fighting a new boss, the reward should be a new weapon that is awesome!!

-More Colors
-A game where the screen moves along with a maze where you have to move the stylus so that your line doesnt touch a wall
-Video
-More Ink
-A little 3d animation like whats on the AR cards so that you can place them in your drawing
-Folders for the notes for better organization
-And different Ink patterns

a new re-design would be better than having a clunky add-on weigh down your system. Also, the game "Portal" for the 3ds would be awesome! especially when you gain momentum from traveling through portals!
