I would personally love to see Honey the Cat be a real character. Judging from the title, it's possible that older characters will make a new appearance, so perhaps characters like Mighty, Bark, Fang, Bean or Ray could appear. I guess that's mainly Sonic the Fighters characters huh? :P

@Ryno: Hey come on, man. No need to be rude about people who make or even those who watch LP's. I like watching people play video games, because it's almost like a way to share the experience I had with the game. I mean, I don't know it's hard to explain why people like to watch or make Lets Plays but you don't need to insult those of us who do.

I didn't enjoy the Hey Ice King! demo very much, though it had charm and as long as the game takes a better direction this time, I think WayForward can make something really good out of it. Will definitely be keeping my eye on this.

@ShadJV: You've got a point, I think most people don't realize that, as well as myself, actually. I only wish that Nintendo of Japan would make this decision, but I understand it is not as much of an issue over there. And of course, it is very unlikely this would come to America or Europe. As it seems, many relationship-simulation games do not make it over here. I think most people simply want something to be done because they feel they have the right to make their voices and opinions heard, when honestly, they don't. I don't mean to sound harsh, but thinking about it, none of us Westerners really have any say in the political rights of Japan, where any change of this would even take effect.

I'm honestly surprised at some of reactions in this section. You people do realize that a male Mii was pregnant? I assume that is what they meant by the glitch, which would be the game reading a male Mii as female and therefore allowing it to be pregnant, which as we all know, is biologically impossible. I would hope that Nintendo has plans to allow same-sex marriages given the response. But, that's not to be determind for a while. For now, Nintendo has technically made no stance politically, and those offended should not be offended. If Ninendo were to come out officially and say they would not implement same-sex marriages due to the response of this issue, then it would be appropriate to get offended. Right now it makes no sense to get offended and I feel as though some of you haven't read this article completely, as well as the previous one.

As long as it doesn't become a trend for Capcom, I don't mind that it'll be digital-only. I wouldnt imagine the space the game would take to be too hefty. It really doesn't matter, though, and in fact I may not even get it right away, I would still like to play the other Ace Attorney games first. I've only played Justice For All.

CaptainSquid commented on Tomodachi Collection: New Life Features Same-S...:

@gundam00 - I only want to say that is unfair to call a game discriminatory of same-sex marriage simply because it isn't in the game. I've not played a Harvest Moon game, but I can say that in the case of Fire Emblem, it is absurd to say that it restricts "the player"(????) from having same-sex relationships. The game has characters that Nintendo created and deigned to have their own personalities. If they choose to not make said characters homosexual, it is their choice. They are in no way discriminating, and it is absolutely ridiculous to feel offended if any of a person's minorities aren't included in a game with story and original characters. My point is, if you're watching a movie and the main character gets married to a person of the opposite gender, does that make the makers of the film discriminatory of homosexuals and therefore you should be offended by it? Well, you certainly shouldn't. Sims is a different case, because you can create your own characters and have them do what they want and marry who they want, it's your choice. Granted, in FE:A you can let them marry who they want, but Nintendo chooses if they want the characters to be gay or not. If anything, they are not discriminating. Please just keep that in mind.

Well, I hope Nintendo allows female same-sex relationships in the game. Though it seems that it wasn't even intended to have the male options either, so
I guess I can't really blame them for putting the game back to how they wanted it...

Now, I don't want to start anything else religious, but I only want to say that I consider myself to be Christian, but I am absolutely 100% for pro-gay and for equal rights. Maybe I can't truthfully call myself a Christian, then, if that's a contradiction, but I won't be one if I can't accept any LGBTQ person or ideas. (no trouble TBD, remove this part if you think it'll start something)

But as I said, I hope Nintendo will keep allowing the same-sex relationship option. It would be one step against prejudice in the gaming community.

CaptainSquid commented on Violent Video Games Blamed for Knife Attack in...:

Yeah, doesn't even matter that the kid has already impregnated someone. Doesn't matter that the kid already had a knife in the first place.

Video games are responsible.

I have an Xbox and I can safely say that there are precautions that a parent (if there was one) could have taken that would prevent this. I will be very pissed if Microsoft actually does anything. They are not responsible at all.

I've looked up and down their Kickstarter page, and I'm not interested in the slightest. It's just very uninteresting and the sprites as well look messy (hey if you're gonna do sprite-based games, do it right; these look cheap IMHO). But, I can see they have people who want it on 3DS, so I still hope it arrives. Not paying $15 though.

Eh, I'd rather see Anna or Tiki in that...

Ahhh, I mean... the real problem here and why they censor this stuff is just because there are too many people in Murica that will get angry about it. I guess in Japan fan service is just something they don't really care about it? I don't really know, but the point is that Nintendo probably just doesn't want to risk making some kids mom upset. Ehhh, whatever. I don't really care...
