I must concur with the sentiment that the hype level is 11. I need my new Smash Bros.

I have always used all of my backwards-compatible systems for just that purpose as well as for playing new games. Maybe it's not us who are backwards, but Microsoft.

I plan to buy a PS3 once the price goes down after the PS4's release, but I don't like the Xbox and I don't feel any urge to buy a PS4 at the moment. I've already got my Wii U though.

I'm not a big fan of Tower Defense style games, but I might shell out for this one. We'll see once some reviews start to roll in.

I love it. They were good in the previous games, so I'm all about the new ones.

They have my attention. We'll see how much it costs.

I don't know exactly what this will do to them as far as reaching certain groups of people, but the way I see it, it won't have much effect. The only people I know who watch the E3 presentations are already avid gamers who just expect major announcements, not people who might be thinking about buying stuff.

I have no problem with people playing on Casual. I tease my brothers about it, calling it "Weak mode", but I really have no problem with it. If it helps to introduce new people to one of my two favorite franchises, I'm all for it. I play on Classic mode, and as long as the option to play that way is there, I'll be supportive of the series.

I'm buying it as soon as possible.

@jrpacman All the unique data from both systems is merged into one account. So if you buy this and do a system transfer from your old 3DS to this one, AC:NL will just show up in the eShop available for download, along with all of your other games.

None for me, I bought Liberation Maiden as soon as it was released, and neither of the other two appeal to me.

I hope they localize these. I don't think I'd buy Bugs Vs. Tanks though. It reminds me of the Army Men: Air Combat game for the N64, which was cool when I was seven, but not much past that.

I'll be adding the Reset Surveillance Center, if only for the novelty. I hardly ever reset, intentionally or otherwise, so it's not a problem for me.

I wonder if your town will be saved on your SD card or on your 3DS? What I mean is that when you do a system transfer, the save data on your eShop games is deleted. You can redownload them, of course, but what if the AC town you've been carefully cultivating for two years suddenly is destroyed? I'm more likely to wear out or break a system than a cartridge, so I'll be taking the hard-copy route.

I thought about pre-ordering Shin Megami Tensei for the CD, but I decided not to on account of the fact that SMT isn't really my favorite.
So since I already have Kirby on my 3DS, I'll just go with the Fire Emblem DLC this week. Limit Break, baby!

I may support it anyways, but I don't care for the rewards, since they seem to only be offering a PC version to supporters.

I choose digital or retail based entirely on the game. If it's a big-name title that I know I'll play a lot and want to play years from now, like Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing, or even Smash Bros., I'll buy it retail, because I've always taken very good care of my cartridges and disks. But if it's a game that I'll probably only play occasionally when I'm bored, like Mario Kart 7 or PilotWings Resort, I buy digitally.

@Zaphod_Beelbebrox The purple pieces can be obtained randomly when you first get a piece of that puzzle, or by getting Streetpass with someone who got one that way or got one from someone else who did. For example, the Luigi's Mansion puzzle comes out, and they give you one random piece to start you off. It could be a purple piece, or it might not be.

Booyah! I've been waiting for these.

If the figures are good, I'll buy a whole bunch of them. At that price, though, they probably won't really be what I want.
