If it IS just a remake of the first one, I hope they'll decide to release it the U.S eShop, even though I'm more into Zelda and Mario now. The classic Sonic games were over 9000 times better. And plus I love 3D.

Maybe I SHOULDN'T get this game.. I mean the show is good, but, judging by the review, it doesn't sound like it's really worth it even if it is only $4.

@Geonjaha Yeah, i didn't know that yet, I kind of figured after seeing the way some things are spelled differently, but I don't care, they have news about US stuff too, so I still use the website.

Never played it, I had just recently downloaded Risky's Revenge before my 3DS stopped working, so when and if I get it fixed, I'm gonna wanna get this.

Even if it DOES happen, I'll just get a tablet, and Nintendo's gonna keep making games even if they have to switch to mobile games.

I have a 2GB in my 3DS that just stopped almost 2 weeks ago, and I'm just gonna get an XL and try to get the standard one fixed so I can transfer download games.

If a blue Wii U were to be released, I know I would decide not to get the black one, except for the fact that the black one has a crap-load more memory, but I DO think that different colors would be interesting.

Wooooow!!! I know I won't be getting the download version, but I still have to fix the power problem on my 3DS to even play anyways.

I had wanted a Wii U since I heard about them, it was a want, and then EarthBound was announced for the Wii U VC, it instantly became a need. It's a fun game, but costs over $100 to get it used even.

I need to get my 3DS fixed so I can look forward to upcoming games.

After finding out that N.A. was getting EarthBound as a Wii U Virtual Console title, I realized that it's time to get a Wii U!

I always gave all of Mario's lives Luigi and PURPOSELY kill Mario's last life and play through SMW as Luigi.

@SkywardLink98 Who says that the 3DS will only go on for 4 years? The Wii started in 2006 and is still going, the GameCube went from 2001 to 2007, and the DS started in 2004 but is still going. Nintendo's systems go on longer than 4 years.

Who the heck won't? The first one was like a classic platformer, and I freaking enjoyed myself to freaking death.

Can't us Americans get Earthbound in the 3D classics?!?! Even if it was $50, that's cheap compared to how much the SNES game costs. I say we all together BEG for Earthbound 3D in the 3D classics!!

@Mewtwo21 If you like The Sims (like me), remember that EA Games is the publisher of the series, and a lot of people'd be dissapointed (but if that happened, Sims would probably get a new publisher).

Let's see, when SEGA, TurboGrafix, and Nintendo were the competing console makers, TurboGrafix died soonest, SEGA died last, but our hero gaming company Nintendo survived. Sony's PS systems are gonna die probably, Microsoft's Xbox systems might not make it.. The way I see this is that video games are going through another console war, and I bet anything Nintendo's gonna survive.

Good way to get me into the series, need to do some Amazon shopping some time to get the game and Action Replay.
