Does anyone know what time Paper Mario will be available in the UK via the eShop on Firiday?

Played the one that came free as an ambassador game for a good few hours. Then one of my team died and they seem to die permanently. I hated that idea personally, does this one result in the same perma-loss when a team member dies?

Question; does the touch screen allow for two-touch inputs at the same time? Seems Nintendo would miss a trick if it once again does not include this as it is now a standard on all smart phones and tablets.
