Alpha2797 commented on Talking Point: Wii U Direct - Tell Us What You...:

Wow, looking forward to Pikmin 3, Shin Megami+Fire Emblem, Yoshi Yarn, Wind Waker HD...well, pretty much everything except Bayonetta 2 and Wonderful 101. I still want to know more details on the two mentioned games first. First half of 2013 is mostly greatly anticipated 3DS games, but the second half(and maybe 2014 as well) is going to be mostly for WII u games.
Wow, it's barely 2013 and we're already talking about 2014. It reminds me of this movie that was rumored for a release date of 2016. I'm don't remember which movie it was though.

Alpha2797 commented on Pokémon X and Pokémon Y Caught In Worldwide ...:

Pokemon Y FTW! As for the starters, they look cool! I don't know which starter I'll choose until I see their evolutions. I seriously wasn't expecting Pokemon X and Y, but I'm glad they were announced it. I literally thought the Pokemon Direct was going to be about the Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire remakes. X and Y is a much better announcement in my opinion. But I would like a Ruby remake nonetheless.

I can't wait for this! I'm probably going to get Pokemon Y....or maybe both...not sure which one but the Y legendary look epic. The starters look cool as well. Depending on the evolutions, depends on which I'm going to choose. I'm glad that Pokemon is FINALLY headed to the 3DS.

Alpha2797 commented on Final Nintendo Power Cover Pays Homage To Firs...:

Aww...I really enjoyed Nintendo Power. I haven't bought an issue since October 2012, but I will definitely buy one since it is the final issue. I still can't believe they're shutting down. We can only blame the people that don't buy the issues...that includes me. :( I have only about 11 issues. I should've bought the issues monthly. Unfortunately, this is the second time a magazine I sort of read has been shut down, with the first being GAMENOW.

Alpha2797 commented on Review: Fortune Street (Wii):

Oh alright, thanks Kaiser. I think I will buy the game but first I need Metal Gear Solid HD collection, Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D land, Star Fox 64 3D, a new PSP, an 8GB PSP memory stick, Twisted Metal PS3, Skyward Sword, a few $20 eShop cards, and I need to save up for the Wii U. X)

I've never play monopoly. However monopoly reminds me of the command board game from KHBBS. Is this game like the command board from KHBBS? or just plain monopoly with Mario and Dragon Quest players?

Alpha2797 commented on Interview: Gameloft - Let's Golf! 3D and the S...:

I greatly enjoyed Let's Golf 3D. I have played it for 17 hours so far and I am 53% done with career mode. Afterwards, I have challenge mode to complete and I also need to try to get all the achievements. It may not look like much content but Let's Golf 3D IS a long game. Crammed with content.

Alpha2797 commented on Review: Go! Go! Kokopolo (DSiWare):

I wasn't sure of getting this game or not. I downloaded it and I enjoy it immensely. Worthy of the 800 price tag and if I was a critic, I'd give it an 8, possibly a 9. Speaking of which, did you know that you can slaughter the butterflies on the title screen by tapping them? Slaughter 300 and you unlock a very stylish clothing outfit for that devious wildcat, Kokopolo. The clothes are only viewable in the title screen as far as I know.

Alpha2797 commented on Nintendo Download: 28th July 2011 (North America):

I can't wait until I buy myself a 3DS pre-paid card so I can buy Let's Golf 3D. IGN gave this game a 9/10. It has everything the iphone(or ipod, I can't remember which one it's on) has in it except for the online multiplayer but there is alternating multiplayer on a single 3DS.

Alpha2797 commented on Crazy Hamster Swaps Pet Shop for DSi Shop in A...:

On the first trailer I saw of this(it was a few weeks ago) dsiware game, the hamster was all brown(no white at all) and the animations(I think this is the correct term) weren't very good. For example, the hamster would be flinged upwards into the air from the ground when the trampoline is used but in this newly updated trailer, the hamster looks like it's jumping on the trampoline to reach new heights.

Alpha2797 commented on GameCube to See New Downloadable Life on Wii U:

The number one Gamecube game I would like to download (if it's ever available for download in the Wii U virtual console because the US never got New Play Control Pikmin 2) is Pikmin 2. I never played it before and it sounds awesome.

Alpha2797 commented on Hands On: Netflix for 3DS:

I am most impressed by the Netflix application. Also, to answer @jdkipfer's question, with only one subscription, you can connect your Wii, 3DS, PS3, Iphone, and other devices to Netflix using one subsciption. I have a Wii, 3DS, PS3, Iphone, and laptop connected and the price per month is the same as if you only had one device connected.

Alpha2797 commented on Would You Pay $150 for this Metal Sonic Statue?:

I would like this but I'm not rich and even if I was, I wouldn't buy it because it's way too expensive. I'd buy it for thirty if possible. :) I doubt it though :(
Also, it's mouth is a screw. Metal Sonic's mouth isn't supposed to be a screw...i think...

Alpha2797 commented on Bobby Carrot Forever Finally Ready for Release...:

@LTD:
I don't consider Mario/Zelda game graphics childish. It's just that the graphics of Bobby Carrot Forever(even the name is weird :l) are equivalent to Cooking Mama, well, about. I just don't know how to say it so let's put it in simpler terms, it's too girlish graphics for me. It's my opinion so it's my thought that counts for me and everyone else's thoughts count for them.

@KaiserGX:
I said hardcore gamer but I was referring to me only. Since in my opinion, I think hardcore gamer means "one who plays more mature games than others". I normally play rated T games and above. It doesn't mean I don't play E and E10+ games but I kind of like games with non-kiddish graphics.

Alpha2797 commented on Bobby Carrot Forever Finally Ready for Release...:

I just saw the screenshots. I was impressed by the game's length, which included the DLC game length. However, the graphics look too cute for hardcore gamers. I guess I'll wait and see what score this game gets in a review. I won't get it whether I wanted it or not anyways since I have better things to buy than a too cute, simple(by the looks of the screenshots) game. Resident Evil Mercenaries here I come!

Alpha2797 commented on Bobby Carrot Forever Finally Ready for Release...:

Over 90 hours?! That's a lot for a 3,300 game+DLC. That's 33 USD! That's cheap! Ocarina of Time 3D lasted 45 hours so far for me(I haven't completed Master Quest yet) and it was worth 40 USD. I'd say after playing OoT 3D for 60 hours total, I'll be done and 60 hours is nowhere near the length of time in Bobby Carrot Forever. I haven't seen the screenshots yet(I'm going to in a bit) but I get the feeling this game is "girlish" like Cooking Mama or any other games entertaining for females but boring and too cute for guys.
