AENIGMA commented on Wii U System Update 5.2.0 Brings Folders, New ...:

@Sadodi Could it be that your HD is going into Sleep Mode? That's the problem I was having. When the HD went into Sleep Mode and I tried to get back to the main Wii U menu it would freeze.

You can disable the Sleep Mode function:
1] Go to System Settings, then Data Management.
2] Push Down on the D-Pad and + and - at the same time (keep them held down for a few seconds).
3] A window will open up that will allow you to disable the Sleep Mode function on your USB storage device.

Not sure if that's the same problem you're having, but it's worth a try. It worked for me, my system hasn't frozen-up since disabling it.

BTW, I'm using a Toshiba 2TB Canvio Desk Desktop External Hard Drive (on Nintendo's recommended list).

AENIGMA commented on Nicalis: Kemco's Mobile RPG Grinsia Coming to 3DS:

Already own the game but haven't played it yet (so many Kemco RPG's backlogged on my tablet).

Woohoo, 2nd font sighting on this site in 1 week The game's logo uses my "Combustion II" font, stretched out with a tweaked s.

AENIGMA commented on Review: Puzzler World 2013 (3DS):

If you have problems with the game misreading what you write, you can reconfigure it to your own handwriting. Go to your profile's options and select "handwriting" to remap the letters and numbers.

AENIGMA commented on Review: Puzzler World 2013 (DS):

Have a copy on pre-order (releases April 23 in the US). I wonder why this and last years Puzzler World games were released as DS games in UK/EU and as 3DS games in the US?¿?¿

AENIGMA commented on Review: 3D Pixel Racing (WiiWare):

I'm loving this game. The controls were a bit tricky to get used to, but once you get used to them, the game is a blast to play (It's all in how much you tilt the WiiMote). The drifting around corners makes the gameplay almost like a Rally racing game.

I like how the weather effects change up the gameplay, like when the track you select has rain, it doesn't rain throughout the whole track, just every so often you'll drive through a rain storm. BTW, The tracks can also be played in reverse!

Anyhoo, thank you Microforum for making this game for WiiWare, I having a lot of fun with it

AENIGMA commented on Nintendo Download: 4th April 2011 (North America):

I have the retail version of From the Abyss but haven't played it yet (it's in my 40+ still need to play DS pile). I wonder if it's a small chunk of the full game or if it's new content.

If you like Pikmin and haven't tried A Monsteca Corral: Monsters vs. Robots yet, definitely download the demo, it's a fun little game.

AENIGMA commented on Review: Animal Color Cross (DSiWare):

I just got my US copy of Color Cross from this week (it was delayed). I hope Animal Color Cross makes it's way to the US DSiWare. I can't get enough Picross!!!

AENIGMA commented on Animal Color Cross coming to DSiWare:

WooHoo! can't wait. I just pre-ordered Color Cross. According to it's release data for the US is the 18th.

I hope Hudson's Illust Logic DSi game(s) get released outside of Japan.
(I can't get enough Picross )

AENIGMA commented on Wii Sports an answer to Parkinson's?:

My father has Parkinson's but due to a spinal cord injury his motor skills are severely hampered. Parkinson's is a horrible disease especially in the later stages (my father is in the final stage).

AENIGMA commented on Review: Art Style: PiCTOBiTS (DSiWare):

This is the type of game that DSiWare needs more of (enough of the partial games of games). I just completed the Normal levels, now to unlock the Dark levels and the awesome YMCK remixes in the music jukebox.
