@rjejr

That's way too easy of an answer. Mostly for everyone, it would be waiting for the release of BOTH Nintendo 64 and Nintendo DS games , and Golden Sun: The Lost Age to pop up next on the Wii U eShop. Also add in Donkey Kong Land on the 3DS VC and possibly the other 2 games in the series from the GAME BOY if they ever wind up landing on the Japanese 3DS eShop in the coming months. Then people will probably start complaining again. Who knows? :/

Golden Sun and Super Mario Bros. 3 BOTH get my vote for this week. On a side note, I could really care less for F-Zero: Maximum Velocity that much seeing as how I was never too big on F-Zero games tbh.

@sinalefa

Who said anything about whining if that points at me also. I'm just ticked off a bit about the fact of why it took Nintendo so long to bring SMB 3 over here to the US after the UK got their release is all.

3DSLUIGI commented on Castlevania: Dracula X And Mega Man 5 Hitting ...:

It's good to see Japan getting Mega Man 5 FINALLY on their Wii U VC. Now, if only they can manage to pull off a Mega Man 6 the week after Mega Man 5 , then you know something good is happening over in "The Land Of The Rising Sun". Then it wouldn't be long before BOTH the UK and US gets their hands on both those games also. As for everyone else talking about Castlevania: Rondo Of Blood , Dracula X and all the other names it's been called. IMO, I say screw the game to oblivion and wait until Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse comes out. Sure, I know a lot of gamers may despise the hell out of that game, but to me, it's one of the best NES Castlevania games ever made.

3DSLUIGI commented on Rumour: Mario Kart 8 Wii U Hardware Bundle On ...:

Looking at the current scene the Wii U has been in for quite awhile now, this Wii U + Mario Kart 8 BUNDLE would be a great start for Nintendo if it comes to UK first. Now, if this does wind up happening, then there's no reason AT ALL on why this shouldn't hit the US also imo. As for some out there wondering about the whole RED cases situation regarding Mario Kart 8. If I recall correctly before, then I believe I read somewhere that the RED casing is a North America EXCLUSIVE. I don't really know if UK ever claimed it for their region also, but ya, only region I know who has so far is US.

3DSLUIGI commented on Nintendo Shows Off Upcoming Golden Sun and F-Z...:

Ahh, it's good to know Golden Sun will be out next week. I haven't played that game since it first came out in 2001. Memories. :) It will be good to finally pick that gem of a game up again. Can't leave out SMB 3 next week too. Anyways, on the topic of Golden Sun, since they're releasing this game, you can be rest assured that Nintendo will surely bring out Golden Sun: The Lost Age sometime also down the road on the Wii U VC with it's password system to transfer all gameplay data from Golden Sun to Golden Sun: The Lost Ages. I mean, if they were able to still do it with Oracle Of Seasons and Oracle Of Ages almost nearly a year ago on 3DS VC , then it can surely happen again. Despite the fact of the game being on the Wii U eShop or not.

SSB 4 running at 60 FPS looked pretty sweet for the 3DS version. Although, it was weird to see Assist Trophies running at 30 FPS but ah well, the game looks great anyways. All in all, I can't wait for this game in the summer. Sakurai did a real good job imo with everything he showed off. ;)

I forgot to add in last night that it would also be real sweet to see a game surface like Mega Man & Bass from the GBA on the Wii U eShop if they ever get around to that. I never played much of it, but I did like the way how they gave you the option to play as Bass for the first time in a Mega Man game.

@BinaryFragger

If anyone is that DESPERATE enough to shell out $500 or around that amount, then the only people I see doing that would be hardcore SNES game collectors.

@WaveBoy

I wouldn't say we will NEVER see the light of day with Mega Man 7. It could be possible about that being the case, then again, it may not. It's just a matter of time on how fast CAPCOM releases Mega Man 7 on the Wii U VC.

I gotta admit, when I saw this pic. this morning, I was kind of a bit turned off of the idea that this would be Luigi's NEW Final Smash. I mean, what the heck else could it mean seeing as how he's glowing in the image. But on a side note, it is good to see Luigi sporting the Poltergust 5000 this time. Now, Negative Zone may not have been my fav. Final Smash in Brawl , but is sure was quite interesting if you pulled it off right in a 3 or 4 player FREE-FOR-ALL. In closing, I will agree with what @DreamyViridi said about how many other veteran characters Final Smashes have changed. As for TOTAL characters in the game, I predict about 40 - 45 at least.

3DSLUIGI commented on Six Portable Mega Man Games, Including Mega Ma...:

I'm actually glad Mega Man II , Mega Man III , Mega Man IV & Mega Man V are being released on the 3DS VC in May. I really enjoyed Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge , and ever since I beat that game on the 3DS VC , I had a huge craving for the rest of the Blue Bomber's GAME BOY classics. But I couldn't give a care less for Mega Man Xtreme or Mega Man Xtreme 2 in all honesty. I prefer the 3 Mega Man X games on SNES tbh. As for missing games, isn't it about time we also got Mega Man 5 , Mega Man 6 & Mega Man 7 on Wii U VC also too CAPCOM. Also, the reason why I added Mega Man 7 is because I always heard that was one of the rarest SNES games to find. And to me, it would be a real treat to experience that game. ;)

Mario Kart 8 themed playing cards sound like a sweet pre-order bonus from Amazon Japan. To me, I still think the Blue Shell sounds nice to receive with the Mario Kart 8 Limited Edition that the UK is getting. IMO, this just shows how next to nothing NOA cares about their customers at times with pre-order bonuses for games like this
.

3DSLUIGI commented on First Impressions: Mario Kart 8:

Mario Kart 8 is gonna be one of Nintendo's E3 2013 titles that really makes the Wii U EXPLODE! in sales come Spring 2014. Even though I may not agree with the time period for Nintendo waiting so long to get Mario Kart 8 out at that time, let's just hope it eventually comes out a bit earlier.

I always liked the way how the N64 controller looked and felt when they made it back in 1996. At the time to me, and I'm guessing to everyone else probably, it made you feel as if you were holding a controller from the future in your hands.

3DSLUIGI commented on Donkey Kong 64 Required Expansion Pak to Preve...:

It's funny when I look at this article. I don't really recall the N64 Expansion Pak being advertised when they released Donkey Kong 64 back in late 1999. Although, I can imagine the part about the game glitching up or crashing without the N64 Expansion Pak inserted into the Nintendo 64 was true back then because if I recall right, I think Nintendo or RARE said the Expansion Pak was needed to enjoy most of the whole game.

I was going to get New Super Luigi U as a DLC option once I get my 32 GB DELUXE SET Wii U and New Super Mario Bros. U , but now since they're bringing New Super Luigi U as a retail copy for stores, how can I say no to retail. I may be spending $10 more than for the DLC version, but imo, it's worth it.

A Nintendo Direct this early just to show off Summer 2013 titles for Wii U and 3DS ? :/ I hate to be an idiot of a downer here, but isn't this a little too early when they can just wait until around in the time frame of E3 2013 to show these off in a Nintendo Direct then?

I plan to get the $1.50 update to play this game on the GamePad for Super Mario Bros. 2 once I finally get my Wii U near the very beginning of June. The only thing I don't understand is why Nintendo would offer Super Mario Bros. 2 at a discount of $2.49 just for owning the Wii U VC version of Super Mario World ? :/ That's the first time I ever heard of them doing something like this.

I have no problem at all myself transferring all my VC games from Wii to Wii U when I finally am able to get a Wii U. As for Super Mario Bros. 2 , for me, updating this retro title for $1 to the Wii U GamePad is in my plans as I have no intention of re-buying it again on the Wii U eShop this time for no $4.99.

@Majin-Naruto

I'll tell you right now that if Sonic The Hedgehog 4: EP. 2 was one of their 7 games to come out on the Wii U eShop , then I'd be one of the first gamers to download that title within a heartbeat. Just the fact knowing alone that SEGA denied that game to Wii owners by not putting it out on the Wii Shop Channel due to Wii not being HD reason and some other reasons I forgot, really angered the hell out of me to no end.

@DESS-M-8

See, what the thing with me is that I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING against seeing Dreamcast games come over to the Wii U eShop if they are to ever be made available. In fact, I welcome them with open arms, that is if Nintendo EVER decides to get off their DAM high seats of stupidity and release them on Wii U VC , then I'm sure a lot of gamers would be happy beyond words can imagine. The only reason why I said earlier is that ppl may have to hold their breaths in waiting to see Dreamcast games appear on Wii U eShop is because when I look at them in size, something about the amount of data OVERALL like say on a game like any of the 2 Sonic Adventure games would maybe seem impossible to me just because of all the content that's on a Dreamcast disc. Take Shenmue for example, that's like what, 2 or 4 discs if I recall right to the whole first game? :/ For a game like that, can BOTH SEGA and Nintendo get away with releasing all that amount of data and content from all those discs onto a Wii U eShop without running into any problems?

@Peach64

FINALLY someone who agrees with me on the whole SEGA SATURN games that should be made available for the Wii U eShop! :) To me, I think it's possible for SEGA and Nintendo to make SATURN games available for Wii U VC , but with Dreamcast games, I'm gonna hold my breath with that. To be honest, I don't know if a Dreamcast game alone would be able to make the cut as a digital download for Wii U VC ? I mean after all, wouldn't Dreamcast games be too big in size to release on the Wii U eShop ?

3DSLUIGI commented on SEGA Planning Seven Releases for Wii U in the ...:

If anything with all these 7 titles that SEGA has coming down the pipe line. One of them must probably be a new Sonic game we heard about earlier in the year is my guess. But aside from that, to me it would be cool to see SEGA put out a new NiGHTS game for Wii U or 3DS. The reason why I say that is because I always heard before that NiGHTS: Journey Of Dreams for the Wii had mixed reviews. A bit more bad than good I'm guessing. But yeah, in the long run, it would be nice to see our old favorite jester, NiGHTS return for a 3rd outing on either the 3DS or Wii U. Just as long as it has good gameplay, story, music, audio, etc. , then it should be a hit for SEGA. Just so long as they add online to the game, it would make it a bit better I suppose.

3DSLUIGI commented on Nintendo Has A Sense Of Humour About Poor 3DS ...:

I have to say on my part that I'm not really that much of a fan of the 3DS's battery life myself either. To me, it usually seems like the battery drains as quickly between 4 - 8 hrs. whenever I'm playing a game like Mario Kart 7 or Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. It doesn't really bother me to plug the system into it's plug to recharge it when it has to, but man, I wish Nintendo would at least come along with a new stronger battery. As for Resetti , jeez, now they have that blasted little creep at the start of Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Just what I didn't need to see when I fire up my 3DS everyday to play this game.

3DSLUIGI commented on 3D Sonic The Hedgehog Spinning Onto The Japane...:

Heh. I would have never expected to see SEGA make a game like 3D Sonic The Hedgehog for the 3DS anytime soon or AT ALL tbh. The only 3D game I recall SEGA ever putting out was just 3D Space Harrier and nothing else. I never had any idea AT ALL that they went ahead and made a 3D Super Hang-On also for the 3DS. But all in all, when it comes to wishing hopefully for a game like 3D Sonic The Hedgehog or any of the other 2 3D SEGA games to make it out to the 3DS , I wouldn't keep my hopes up that high. The reason I say that is because I agree with @RetrogamerFan about the lack of GAME GEAR games out on the 3DS eShop alone in North America. I mean, we're the only idiots out here with a measly total of 3 GAME GEAR games out on the US 3DS eShop while Japan has 14 games from that portable in total. HECK, even Europe has 5 of them and imo, I say they were treated way better than we were. That imo is one of NOA's problem in the long run when you look at some of the big pictures out there in their digital market. VERY POOR support for GAME GEAR games.

That's just the thing right there. If there is to be any kind of mention where they allow us to have demos available on BOTH 3DS & Wii U eShops , then they'll be stealing more than just attention. That would probably be MORE THAN ENOUGH to steal the thunder and ALL of E3 2013. ;)

I agree with a couple of gamers on this thread about wanting to see this game come to the Wii U eShop in the US. I too have played Mario's Picross from the GAME BOY on the 3DS VC and felt like I just couldn't get enough of the game. Really good game too if I might add. ;) I wouldn't mind if this game didn't have any english subtitles or not seeing as how for 1, I would enjoy playing a different game like Mario's Super Picross if they ever do release this over in North America. Come on NOA, what are you waiting for and get this game imported to the Wii U eShop so we too can enjoy this game ourselves also.

I said it once before and I'll say it until I'm blue in the face if I have to. Having at least 3 Nintendo Directs this year in a way is kind of like mini E3 2013 segments in their own way from Nintendo. Also the way how I look at things with the remark Pachter said about Nintendo saying that we don't really have anything new to show is TOTAL CRAP to me. How is he to know if there's probably gonna be some demos of a Mario Kart U or Super Mario 3D out there on the show floor somewhere at all. What a total idiot. -__-
