Might not last forever
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen...
More stuff to cash in your stars for
Nintendo of Europe updates their Stars Catalogue on a relatively frequent basis - today is yet another one of those days, because they've added seven new items to exchange your stars for. If you've been paying attention to the last few updates, you should know that there are already yellow and blue Pikmin plushies available, so it comes as no surprise that one..
Your Mario hat - or permission to punch Doc Louis in the face - is on its way!
Good news has made its way to the inbox of many in the NA region who qualified for Elite Status this past year: Club Nintendo is getting ready to drop its bagful of goodies. If all goes well, Christmas might come a little early for those fortunate gamers who earned enough coins for a Mario hat or a copy of Doc Louis's..
Take over the world one garden at a time
Club Nintendo in Europe is on top of things. Stuff may be relatively expensive, but the variety and timeliness of gifts is usually much better than its American counterpart. Case in point: for 2000 stars, you can snag your very own blue Pikmin doll. The stuffed buggers are 24 cm, which isn't even close to life-size; kinda makes you wonder whether some sort..
Platinum and gold members, hop to it!
Oh, the decisions US Platinum-level Club Nintendo members have to make. Mario hat or Doc Louis' Punch Out!!? If you're a Gold member, the decision is much easier since you only get the option of a 2010 Animal Crossing-themed calendar. Still, if you're eligible and haven't cashed in on this yet, you might want to get on that as today is the last day to do so. So..
Two screenshots show off Doc Louis's return to the ring.
Nintendo has released two screenshots of Doc Louis's Punch-Out!! to show people what they can expect from the Club Nintendo exclusive WiiWare game. Keep in mind that right now this will be exclusive to North Americans who have achieved a platinum member status! As expected, it's pretty much an extra fight for the retail Wii game, in which you..

Then you should've gotten an email a few weeks ago saying that you achieved platinum (Or gold) membership status. Nintendo of America has now revealed what rewards this will get you. If you've only achieved gold status prepare for..
Faithful Japanese customers rewarded with exclusive sky-coloured controller collection.

Customers who register their Wii Sports Resort game through the Club Nintendo Japan website between June 25 and August 1 will..
Further proof that the US offers the worst gifts.
Club Nintendo in the US has been the last one to really get off the ground. Launched last December, it has a couple DS cases, some Hanafuda cards and a DS compilation of Game & Watch games. They're not terrible, per se, but certainly no Zelda statue or Mario Galaxy kite that you Europeans have...
If you've got 5000 Stars in your account, that is.
Here's a spot of breaking news for you - highly recommended action-strategy game Little King's Story has only just been released in the UK this very day, but Nintendo Europe are very generously offering a limited number of copies to its Club Nintendo users, at the princely sum of 5,000 Stars a pop. If you've got a spare 5,000 Stars and fancy..
Well it's good news for North American Nintendo fans as the company has just announced the North American launch of Club Nintendo. The official Club Nintendo site is now up and you can surf over there to register all of your Nintendo goodies and take part in surveys that will earn you special coins that can be used to purchased various rewards. If you already have a My Nintendo account, you can even transfer all of your previously registered items to your new Club Nintendo account.
We don’t get jealous often here at Virtual Console Reviews – we don’t need to, being the famous international playboys that we are – but when we spotted some shots of one particularly lucky chap unpacking his limited edition Wii Super Famicom (SNES in the West) controller, we couldn’t help but go a little green with envy.
It was reported...
Let's hope this isn't just a coincidence...
Kotaku has recently reported that the Japanese Club Nintendo calendar has Animal Crossing as the theme for December. This might not seem like much of a news item, but you have to take into account that for April, the same calendar features Mario Kart Wii...which is out in the same month. See the faultless...
