I had no idea this existed. Now I want it. I live on the wrong continent. 😥
I'm tempted to buy the New 2DS XL + Mario Kart 7 bundle sale Walmart currently has going on in the US right now. I have a 3DS XL and MK7 but it's not exactly in mint condition...I put 1,000's of hours into that system. Since it's looking like the system may finally be discontinued, it would be nice to have a new old stock 2DS that I could open a few years down the line.
I own all the Etrian Odyssey games that came out here in the West, which I think was 10 games. It's my favorite series by far. I'm hoping that Atlus brings the series to Switch soon. A year or two ago, Atlus came out with a teaser trailer showing they were working on another game in the series after Nexus came out. I can't wait.
Already got it couple of months ago when it was cheap on eShop. Would've been interested otherwise.
The shipping cost kind of defeat the purpose, though
It's cool how the 3ds is still getting some support, but at the same time, I'm kinda surprised that developers haven't ported 3ds games (especially later ones) to the Switch.
I thought I was getting a bargain when I paid a tenner for it, great deal.
Appears to be sold out already... damn it.
@Incarna have you looked on GameStop's website? During a sale last year I got one ds eo and the millennium girl for $10 usd each. The shipping wasn't much at all.
Maybe if you were in UK it'd be decent but otherwise the shipping costs kinda ruin the discount.
That's a great price for it. Seems to be sold out for Europe now, kinda. The "English" option is sold out, but the "NON EU (export)" option is weirdly available. Don't think I'm eligible for that second option though.
Edit: Checked it again, and it worked this time.
This is just Europe, right?
Too bad, I already have a digital copy sitting in my daughter's 3DS.
Also, coming from a UK store, is it not going to be region locked so not very useful outside EU unless you have an EU region console?
Great deal. We need a new entry on Switch. Japanese third-parties have really been dragging their feet with the system, relative to its sales.
