A balloon gets in the way of Zion's special catch

Have you taken a look at the skies above your island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons recently and noticed there are continual balloon fly-overs? Well, you're not alone. There appears to have been an increased rate of balloon spawns in the lead-up to Bunny Day and it's starting to drive some players absolutely bonkers.

While we're definitely concerned about the progress-stopping glitch preventing balloons from appearing, we thought it would be interesting to take a look at the other side of the story and see how players are coping with the high volume of balloons now flying over the airspace of their island. Here are just some of the many reactions:

As noted by a lot of players, one of the most annoying things about this is the sound when a balloon is nearby. Sure, it can be helpful, but other times it's quite distracting when you're trying to complete an important task.
