Wonderful

As The Wonderful 101: Remastered's mighty Kickstarter campaign rages on, more and more details are slowly being revealed for the now-confirmed Switch release.

Among them is an update regarding the technical performance we can expect to enjoy when the remaster hits new systems later this year. The information below comes from the Kickstarter's FAQ section, confirming a target of 60fps on Switch with a resolution of 1080p when docked:

Can you give us more information on the technical specifications for The Wonderful 101: Remastered?

Yes! The technical specs for each platform are:

Switch:
Resolution:Portable 720p/Docked 1080p
FPS:Targeted 60fps

PS4:
Resolution:PS4 1080p/PS4Pro 2160p
FPS: Targeted 60fps

Steam:
Resolution:1080p with Super Wide monitor support planned
FPS:Targeted 60fps

For comparison's sake, the Wii U original also had a target of 60fps but would often dip below that as the on-screen action got more intense. It had a resolution of 720p, however, meaning that the upcoming Switch version should look a little more crisp on your TV.

If you missed it, Hideki Kamiya recently shared some early design documents for the original game, and PlatinumGames released a video showing the very moment they saw the Kickstarter reach a whopping 100 million yen.
