Not content with having the wonderful and adorable Untitled Goose Game alone, Nintendo Switch is set to receive yet another cute, bird-based title. Rather than an angry goose, this time we're dealing with skateboarding pigeons.
Yes, SkateBIRD has just been revealed for a release on Switch, bringing a charming flock of little birdies along for good old skating session. You'll be grinding on bendy straws, kickflipping over staplers, and carving lines through a park held together by sticky tape. What's not to like?
The game was originally funded on Kickstarter, where 2,526 backers pledged $67,220 to get everything up and running. It's expected to arrive on Switch in "late 2020" so we'll make sure to keep an eye out for more news as and when it arrives.

Honestly, besides the novelty, this looked dull. The bird 3D models are rather poor and stiffly animated, and the whole game seems to run a bit pedestrian. Unless it develops a lot from here I'm betting we have a dud here. Glad to be wrong of course.

@brunojenso This is what I thought when I saw this game a few months ago. Looks clunky. I love birds, and I love Tony Hawk. Hopefully it's better.

Most adorable switch bird?! Surely can’t be Untitled Goose... it’s just a goose! Geese are horrible!
Sad thing is this is probably going to be miles better than the latest Tony Hawk games... That series has crashed and burned badly since THPS 3.
Also kinda fitting that the main name in those games was a Tony HAWK
But people missed the reason for the Goose was it wasn't a eyecandy - it was oddball fun is why it is so good. I doubt upgrading graphics will unseat it.

this is too adorable, although i read a comment of someone giving criticism towards a game that hasn't even come out yet o - o...but gotta remember that the game has a long way to release -so i am pretty (hopefully) sure that the game will release with better quality.
