Sonic

If you just can't get enough of the new-look Sonic the Hedgehog movie, it seems you're about to be in luck, as Sega of America has today announced that a collection of Sonic movie-inspired merch is set to release early next year.

The live-action feature film is due to arrive in cinemas on 14th February, but some of this newly announced merch will be in stores before its out. Sega is promising toys, collectables, apparel and much more, starting with a series of children's books to be released by Penguin Publishing this month. From there, we can expect to see "action-packed playsets and plushies" from JAKKS Pacific in January, as well as both adult and children's clothing from the likes of Bioworld, Bentex and TVM Fashion Lab.

It doesn't stop there, though, as Diamond Select Toys will be launching a "highly detailed premium statue featuring an iconic scene with Sonic" in spring, and even Build-A-Bear is getting in on the action with a range of "specialty plush items and accessories". Just imagine a Build-A-Bear Sonic.

Sadly, images of the products haven't yet been released, but make sure to keep an eye out if you're interested in grabbing anything over the next few months.
