Black Friday is now but a distant memory on the other side of the weekend, but we hope you grabbed yourself a bargain or two. One part of the Black Friday festivities might involve jostling for deals in crowded stores, though there's just as much action going down online, with plenty of deals available without leaving the comfort of your couch - especially today.
That's because 2nd December 2019 is Cyber Monday, named for the plethora of online discounts to be found on the world wide web. For gamers, it's the perfect time to stock up on goodies ahead of the festive season.
This year you'll find some bargains on Nintendo Switch (and Nintendo Switch Lite) console bundles, as well as games for Switch. Nintendo will also be keen to see families pick up older stock such as 3DS games and, of course, 2DS XL console bundles to play the games on. There are plenty of deals on accessories and those lovely micro SD cards to boost your Switch storage.
We've compiled some of the best deals and most useful links for Cyber Monday so far; we'll be updating frequently so be sure to bookmark this page if you're keen to find a bargain.
We'll continue to update this guide every few hours as Cyber Monday discounts drop, dry up, and drop again.

again.. what deals ?
I jusy bought Wolfenstein Youngblood. Man what an awesome game!
Any news today NL or is it just affiliate article after affiliate article?
@panthro Of the eight stories posted on the site so far today, this is the only one with any affiliate links in.
@Damo It's only 10:30 and 3 were posted yesterday. I'm sure there are more coming!
@vitelus I swear so true
(I like the grim fandango profile pic)
@panthro Well, it is Black Friday week - most sites are going to be running this kind of content; it's hardly like we're unique in that regard. And lots of people find this content useful as it saves them money.
But my point stands - 1 in 8 articles so far today has had links in it. And yesterday, we posted 21 articles and only 3 were Black Friday-related.
@Damo stop posting useful articles and making us spend our hard earned cash on essential goodies =0p
@Damo I dont even know why you lose time explaining this kind of thing.
You are here to give news and also make money. I would love to use those links to help you if any were from Brazil.
Do your stuff... If ppl dont like a content, just dont click (you wont see me on pokemon or smash related posts).
And if they click and complain, well... We can always ignore them.
Edit: And where's the US Eshop sales for godsake!!!!????
@sikthvash @Savino
Quick some items have sold out on official store
One whole dollar off of Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con in America! Woot!
These are like those "sales" stickers retailers put on an item shelf which simply advertise the item for the exact same price it always is
Why not the New 3DS XL bundle on Nintendo's UK store?
Don’t they also have deals on Amiibos for Black Friday?
I also found Ni No Kuni physical for £34.99 on Smyths UK which I thought was good for a new game.
The deals they have for black friday from companies (I am talking about everywhere not just nintendo related) have either been not great or doesn't interest me at all.
I have just picked up 2 things so far for black friday. Phantasy Star from the eshop and the physical collectors edition of Hitman 2 for PC. I saw another thing that I may pick up but not saying what it is as they may only have a limited amount and people might snipe them up while I am thinking about it.
But still, it is not black friday yet so stores could still release more deals that will make me open my wallet.
This article title should be changed to Best Nintendo Switch Deals on Amazon and the Official Nintendo Store.
When will we see eshop US deals
@Damo
"And lots of people find this content useful as it saves them money."
But they are not always the best deals though, you only post links to deals where you have an affiliate link.
Please do not buy Starlink for that price. It is regularly available elsewhere for £10
why not post delas for places that are good deals and aren't amazon, they have some of the worst "deals" around
@suikoden because NL only post links that are good for them, not good for us.
Awesome...I don't think that word means what you think it does.
“Give thanks for these awesome deals”
Or you know be thankful for the things you already have instead of getting wrapped up in commercialism because a shiny new gadget is 10 dollars off before tax.

@Damo only posted as it's an offline deal, why don't you post deals for other online stores that are cheaper than Amazon?
@panthro So wait, now you want him to post more affiliate links? A bit hypocritical, no? Either way, it's a pretty poor criticism, since other articles (and this one, no less) contain links to other retailers.
@Savino Personally, I love it when @Damo wastes time explaining himself - especially when the criticism is "Affiliate link article after article" and the response is as simple as his response in #4. Pretty hard to argue against that. And yeah, it's black Friday... so of course there will be affiliate links.
So..is there really just not going to be an eshop sale in NA for Black Friday? That is absurd...
@roadrunner343 I don't care if it's affiliated linked or not, it's just fooling the readers that they are the best deals, better deals are usually found elsewhere to a site NL has no affiliation with, and NL doesn't post those links. See the regular SD card article that comes out every few weeks, same old links to Amazon yet SD cards are cheaper elsewhere.
I saw darksiders remastered is 20 bucks now on amazon this week starting yesterday for physical so might pick it up, but so far i'm not super interested in what's out there. However part of my problem is I've already purchased a lot of the games I want anyways.
@panthro So post #3 (Your post, by the way) is supposed to imply that you're perfectly fine with affiliate link articles? Surely you can see why a rational human being would think that's not the case.
Regardless, they have links to Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target, WalMart, Argos, GAME, Nintendo, ShopTo, Base, and I'm sure some others that I'm not aware of. You may be able to find betters deals at a local shop, but that wouldn't be relevant to 99% of the readers. What more do you want, apart from a reason to complain irrationally?
I'm sorry Amazon but Asda in the UK are selling the Switch Lite for £169.99 all the time; not just for Black Friday.
Amazon US has a bunch of Sega games for Switch at 50% off including Sonic Racing. Some cheap launch editions of Nicalis and other games too.
The licensed wireless Gamecube controller is also on sale for $33.
@Link41 yeah, still waiting it too.
Nintendo USA must be pretty stupid to pass this opportunity.
@roadrunner343 What do I want? Less articles full of affiliate links which are proclaimed as deals but are just links to Amazon.
@panthro So did you skip to the end and only see the "What more do you want" part, or did you read the whole paragraph? Unless you meant to say you wanted less articles that "...are just links to Amazon, and Best Buy, and Wal-Mart, And Target, and GAME, and Argos, and ShopTo, and Game Stop, and Nintendo, and..." - well, you get the idea.
@roadrunner343 I skipped to the end as your comment was a load of waffle.
@panthro I suppose when you say "Waffle" you mean factually correct? If so, I agree with you, since everything I stated is easily verifiable, on this very page, no less. At least put some effort in your trolling.
Those wouldn't be deals in € either.
Not much to write home about for us UK based folks although that Very Switch bundle is pretty sweet.
$200 for 1TB MicroSD. I’ll wait some more. Meanwhile, archiving is my bestfriend
Rayman Legends is cheaper in Argos
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Hey, do you Brits celebrate Thanksgiving? I mean your own version of it or is it just an American holiday?
@roadrunner343 how is this trolling? It's more like you're trolling me. It's clear these are not the best deals, various other comments have said the same thing, why don't you go and attack them?
Because your post was about them posting affiliate article after article, which was shown to be only 1 out of 8 for the day, then you claimed they only posted links to Amazon, when I listed 8 other retailers. Refusing to read and intentionally ignoring facts is what makes you a troll.
@River3636 Here in the U.K we do not celebrate Thanksgiving, according to a Wikipedia post we are a country that can participate in it but choose not to. I don't know why, however for the last 6/7 years stores and online ones do Black Friday discounts. I'm not saying that Christmas isn't big in the U.S but in the U.K it is it's a big deal Christmas for us Brit's, on the 26th December is Boxing Day (my apologies if you guys call the 26th December Boxing Day too) Our Boxing Day are big events for stores and they open early like I've heard stores open at 4am in the U.S for Black Friday. I hope this makes sense and I hope you've enjoyed Thanksgiving.
Really want some new joy cons but they seem to stubbornly not reducing....
Amazon UK on Wednesday did a deal if you bought a Switch or a Switch lite you could spread the cost the payments over a period of 5 months. So that's what I did.... Thanks Amazon.
@panthro why do you come to this website if you have so much hostility towards them? As you said, they only post links that are good for them. If that's the case, and you truly believe that, why do you participate in this community? Surely you're intelligent enough to understand the time of year, the cost to run a website, and you have the ability to decide for yourself. It's ok to ignore something if it isn't for you.
@cmk8 Amazon US has them for $59.99 (-$20 off original price).
@Nintendofan83 cheers! Appreciate the response.
@Pj1 Thanks, I did. There was booze, a political argument, Someone got throne in the pool(Florida), more booze, jokes, a nephews birthday, and tons of food. My Ring Fit is going to get some mileage right now. I heard that there was a harvest Feast or something to that nature.
I picked up $25 Diablo 3 and the less popular Lego Worlds for $7.50 (Nintendo store). I have low expectations for Lego Worlds, and I binged on Diablo yesterday.
To my US based friends, I don't know if it is still applicable, but Target had a pre-order for Indivisible priced at 15 dollars yesterday. The game is supposed to be 40 when it releases. Reviews for other platforms have been really good so if it's still around it might be well worth hopping on to.
@Nintendofan83 I come here for news. Not affiliate articles. If I wanted deals I would go to a deals site.
@Nintendofan83 “It's ok to ignore something if it isn't for you.” please take your own advice regarding my first comment.
@panthro I think there is a difference between ignoring a post for sales that you aren't interested in and defending a website that is being criticized in a petty manner. The sales posts aren't a personal attack on you. They are just a way for the website to earn some money so you can ignore it but your comments were petty and aimed at the people running the website. What games news website doesn't have affiliate links or ads all over the site?
@panthro
1) Websites don’t run for free. Affiliate links and advertising generate revenue. It astonishes me that in 2019 we still have people complaining about a website they’re using trying to earn money.
2) The article links to 10 different retailers and not ‘ just links to Amazon’ as you claim.
@panthro wow you are one emotional drama queen
I take it your single?
Clean your room or brush your teeth, it might make you feel less emotional and not act like a slimy character spewing conspiracies.
these deals look exactly the same as the black friday ones.....Has anyone seen any Decent new 3ds XL deals? I wouldnt mind snapping one up if they are going cheap . I saw nintendo store doing them for £135 but still seems a bit steep to me.....
Best deal I saw in Oz was for a PS4, so just grabbed one. Having been Nintendo only for many years, what PS4 games do y’all Nintendo owners recommend?
@Bondi_Surfer depends what Nintendo games you like.
Jack and Daxter is good for old 3D platform lovers, same with Ratchet and Clank.
Dreams the game creation tool is a great game for Nintendo 64 era vibes, love it, was the reason I bought a PS4 this year.
Shadow of the Colossus is a bit like Zelda.
Spiderman reviewed well looks a bit Nintendolike.
A lot of the top Metacritic games are more cinematic than gameplay focused which is not my bag but if you like a lot of cinematic gameplay then all of those will be good.
Wait.. A Switch Lite bundled with LABO Variety kit? That won't work, will it?
@Indielink Aw man, it looks like it's gone now. Thanks for the heads up though.
Great! Now if only NA got the same attention...
Are the 1TB micro SD cards safe to use.?
Hey just a warning to my fellow Amazon US users...there is a Cyber Monday deal for what looks like special edition Switch Pro Controllers ($33 or 2 for $55) but they are THIRD PARTY controllers. I had Smash and Splatoon ones in the the cart before I realized they were not OEM.
Didn't see it listed in the article, but a Samsung 512 gig micro USB as is only 65 bucks in the US, a crazy good deal. Grabbed one for my Lite, which has 256 right now. Should hold me over til 1 tb becomes affordable. My main switch will go from 200 to 256. The Lite gets the bigger stick since I play more on it due to work.
I just couldn't say no to Rayman, this cybermonday. I mean, it's an old friendship that it's been lasting since the good old MS-DOS times. A nostalgic effect in a new and supercomplete game.
@panthro
So uh, if you come here for news and the like
Why exactly did you click on an affiliate article and took the time to read it, and then comment on it and argue about it ?
That seems a tad counter productive to me.
Just a tad.
I tend to ignore content I am not interested in.
but hey , what do i know about it right ?
