Never before have I wanted to lick a controller so badly.
Looks good. I will never udnerstand, however, why there are so few variations of official Pro Controller and no themed joy-cons. I see such a wasted potential here. I have XC2 pro controller and it's the best gamepad I have ever had!
I bought the PowerA gamecube controller. Its gotten a lot of bad press because the triggers are not analog, but I have to say, the feel of the buttons and especially the resistance and sturdiness of the sticks is fantastic. It's a very good and reasonably priced alternative to the pro controller. I'm confident that this Witcher Controller will be excellent.
There is also a PowerA DOOM controller (I'm pretty sure it's identical to this, aside from the obvious pattern variation) that is currently available for pre-order from Bethesda's online store, and will presumably be available at retail eventually.
While I only wish to buy Pro Controllers and Joy-Con, I'm not sure I can resist an officially licensed DOOM controller. (even with its lack of features)
Looks nice. Do I need it? No. Do I want it? Very much! Can I afford it? No. Am I going to buy it anyway? Definitely!

This I like! How's the Dpad? I have no need for a third controller, but I may be tempted if it's better than the official one.
If it will not have drift problems, I will may buy one.

Official nintendo pro controllers when! I hope we see at least a pokemon sword/shield pro controller, but i don't have much hope.
A couple of stickers and a red d-pad. Hmmmm, I'll think I'll stick with my current pro controller for now.
@dougphisig : There will be both Sword and Shield wireless controllers (much like the above) from PowerA, which is probably the closest we'll get.
I love themed controllers, but if it's not an official Nintendo Pro Controller made by Nintendo, I'm out. The Nintendo Pro controller is hands down better than any 3rd party wireless controller I have bought for my Switch.
Why Nintendo refuses to make themed Pro controllers is beyond me.
I like the AA batteries option.

Everything sounds perfect...except the lack of internal battery. Why can't they just do what 8bitdo does with their Pro Plus controllers and give us a rechargeable battery but also AA battery option?
They lost me at 2 AA batteries.
@Silly_G Yeah not interested in those, but one can hope Nintendo would put out another unique pro controller. The last one was the Smash one I believe. Luckily I did get the XBC2 controller which I like a lot, but would like another unique one.
This might be my ultimate controller.

Last PowerA controller I bought for Switch drifted terribly after a few months. No thanks!
@dougphisig : That's right. There's the original, Splatoon 2, Xenoblade 2, and Smash Pro Controllers. I have them all though I have given my original one to my brother (I bought the original Pro in haste as the Switch was still shiny and new, as normally, I'd refrain from buying plain accessories).
I have a feeling that if there ever will be a new Pro that we may get one when Metroid Prime 4 comes around.
If you buy Mayflash adapter for Switch, you can remap buttons to match Xbox One/360 controllers.
I use that adapter on Switch.
Same adapter is upgradable and already support original Xbox One, PS4, wii U Gamepad's etc.
well .. besides the eye-popping red d-pad, the cool graphics on the grips, the instant recognizable Witcher logo and the nice black matt finish...there is really nothing about it....
I like the idea of the programmable buttons but ultimately I think I’ll stick with my Nintendo or controller since I spent a good amount on it lol
This looks really cool, but it taking batteries is a huge dealbreaker to me. I hate running out of battery just to realise that I don’t have any more at hand.
@JunoAran That's why you get rechargable batteries or plug and play kits.
