Yet another week has flown by, this time full of newly discovered Zelda: Breath of the Wild glitches and an awful lot of discussion surrounding Joy-Con drift, but now we can sit back, relax, and talk about our weekend gaming plans.
Members of team Nintendo Life have done just that below, and we'd love for you to get involved by leaving a comment and voting in our poll. Enjoy!

I’d like nothing more than to sit down with Fire Emblem: Three Houses this weekend and really dig into a series I haven’t touched since Awakening, but after my holidays it’s time to save some pennies and play something in the backlog instead. After racking up a triple-figure hour count in Awakenings, I never got around to Fates or Shadows of Valentia, despite the latter being brought to the west by top localisation house 8-4, and with all the Three Houses hype I’m jonesing for some SPRG action. Fortunately, there’s plenty of that on Switch and I haven’t yet touched Into The Breach, so that’s my bag for the weekend.
Mind you, I saw a great deal on Shadows of Valentia the other day (now’s the time to pick up 3DS carts on the cheap, people!), but going back to that handheld might be tough after Switch. We’ll see how the mood takes me on Saturday morning as I wander my local department store…

Another super-busy weekend doing boring, adulty home stuff means I might not get a great deal of gaming time, but I did finally get around to uploading my first ever Super Mario Maker course yesterday (I know, I don't know what took me so long either).
Instead, I'll likely keep an eye out to see how other players get on with my level to improve for further creations. If you want to check it out, feel free: 6G7-9KR-5TF. It's called 'Super Goomba 64' and has you figuring out how to use power-ups to take out 64 of the pesky little blighters before reaching the goal. Make sure to let me know what you think!

As the week draws to a close, that can only mean one thing: it's Nazi punching time. Well, actually, it's more smashing them in the face with a hatchet or blowing their heads off with a shotgun blast, but that's just how Wolfenstein: Youngblood rolls. The FPS spin-off arrives on Switch this week and I'm already deep into our review playthrough, but I only received review code on Thursday so you'll have to wait until next week to see how this ambitious shooter fares in the wake of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
Elsewhere, I'll also be continuing to play through the extra content in Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden. That's another big multiplatform hit that's about to drop on Switch. Expect the official verdict on this tactical adventure next week as well. Who says we don't spoil you with #content?

I was intending to play Fire Emblem: Three Houses this weekend, but at the time of writing, I’ve been unable to track down a retail copy of the game. It’s supposedly sold out at every store in my location, so I’m either going to search around some more over the weekend or resort to the digital version.
On the plus side, at least I’ll be able to spend some extra time with Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, Super Mario Maker 2 and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. If I get really desperate for a Fire Emblem fix, I might even play one of the older games on my 3DS.

The Summer of Switch exploded onto eShop this week! This weekend will be comprised of overdoses of Wolfenstein Youngblood, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, Fantasy Strike, Mighty Switch Force! Collection, Raiden V: Director’s Cut and... the original DOOM trilogy!? God Mode on!
My game of the week is the ridiculously ambitious Fire Emblem: Three Houses. To see the whole series evolve from its 8 and 16-bit origins to this magnum opus is humbling stuff. But will I ever be able to experience everything this game has to offer? If not, it will surely not be for lack of trying!

I picked up Xenoblade Chronicles 3D yesterday for cheap at CEX, so I’m mostly going to be playing that and some Mario Maker I think!
I’ve borrowed a friends Vita so I can play Persona 4. Which means Fire Emblem Three Houses will have to wait, very hard as it looks awesome.
I also finally picked up the Smash Bros DLC so some short bursts of that will be in the mix too.
I'm sick today. Got sore throat and my body started to feel warmer. 🤒
So, this weekend i play Final Fantasy XII the Zodiac Age (Switch) on my bed since i can't focus on my drawing project on my PC due to my illness. 😫
I'll be playing Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled and Minecraft this weekend. I'm waiting for either a demo or a price drop before jumping on Three Houses. If I really feel like playing Fire Emblem, I'll put Warriors in dor the first time in a while.
@Anti-Matter Hope you feel better soon!
Super Mario Maker 2! I just beat Grand Poo Bear's tech talk shell jump into me level! Once I beat it I played it two more times and both those tried took about 6 minutes. I've probably spent 2 hours on this level. I don't understand why it's fun, but it is! I thought it was impossible at first, especially the double shell jump at the end, but just like with old NES games, once I know I can do something it makes it easier the next time.
Also playing Umihara Kawase Fresh!, Splatoon 2, Metroid Samus Returns, kingdom two Crowns, Doom 1993, Duke of Defence (I like this tower defence game way more than I thought I would. It lets you choose 60, 45, or 30 fps! But it just slows the game down, doesn't really demonstrate the choppiness of those lower frame rates), and Breath of the Wild.
Gonna dedicate most of my time for a while towards Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Want to get through it before the release schedule really ramps up in about a month. Might squeeze in a bit of Ape Out or Peach Ball.
@Matthew010 Some website advertised 3 Houses for $46, so I've got it coming in the mail.
This week I will be mostly playing
Breath of the Wild
Smash Ultimate
Mario Maker 2
Fullblox
Wario Land 3
A bit of doom ! As I’m completely new to playing this . Plus will be playing more of final fantasy x
@Matthew010 It was Massgenie. I guess they have good sales sometimes. Never heard of it until this sale. I think Gamespot advertised it.
Smash for me, completing World of Light but have played for 20 hours, think I need a break soon and play Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush for a while instead. Also might start Kirby Triple Deluxe on 3DS as have been meaning to for a long time.
@60frames-please The cheapest here in the UK is £39.85 (roughly $49).
Secret of Mana / Doom3.
Tangledeep, Metal Slug1, Pinball FX. Nostalgia
I've been up all night playing Raiden V: Director's Cut Special Edition and having a total blast with it, and if Bethesda gets a clue at some point and patches out the ridiculous DRM in the Doom trilogy then I'll definitely pick them up and give Doom 3 a play through.
Oh yeah, I've also been playing Pushmo, Crashmo, and Stretchmo. I think the Euro names are better! Anyways, I've been using QR codes to get levels. I can't find a lot of awesome 3D levels in Stretchmo though. They need to bring a version of these games to Switch!
I'll be playing Rise: Race the Future. Hoping to unlock the final car before throwing my controller out the window..
Doom and Doom 2 this weekend.
The others in my backlog will have to wait... Doom 3 next weekend
DOOM, DOOM II, DOOM 3 and DOOM, oh and some Mario Maker 2
@gaga64 Yay! Wario Land 3 😁
One of my favourite games, I love how you revisit all the levels differently and there's so much treasure to collect.
@60frames-please How's Umihara Kawase Fresh!? Am curious about this game, it looks unique.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and finishing up on Dragon Quest Builders 2.
@Matthew010 That's not bad. Nintendo prices don't seem to decline much. They know they've got quality, and they have a certain certainty that they can just keep games at full price. Weird how I know that almost any PS4 game will get significantly cheaper within months, but Breath of the Wild basically stays at $60 U.S. for years. Will there ever be a player's choice line for Switch? Maybe the carts are too expensive to manufacture?
I will finish Bayonetta 1 and start 2
Fire Emblem Three Houses, Dragon Quest Builders 2, Doom 3 (I love a good surprise release), Forza Horizon 4 and I might squeeze in some more of my second playthrough of Ace Combat 7.
Well everone seems to be playing minecraft now so I'll go back into that. Will be PC as I hate having barely any servers and no mods on console. Also, does anyone know when he coding app for the switch (Fuze4) comes out. I was going to pick it up as it was supposed to come out on 12 July but it seems that its been delayed again. For the 5th time
Picked up FXII cheap and should be arriving today so that should be me sorted, though I'm also going through Shining in The Darkness on the MegaDrive Collection.
Well, I was going to be kicking off my campaign in Fire Emblem Three Houses, but Amazon basically lied about it being delivered yesterday, and now I have a new delivery window stretching into some time next week. Thanks, Jeff Bezos.
On the plus side, this means I may even finish Trails in the Sky First Chapter by then. About halfway through Chapter 3, I think, so that must be about two-thirds of the way through, even if the last chapter is supposed to be longer than each of Chapters 1-3.
@wazlon I love it! I've enjoyed it on 3DS and Vita too. I think this is the best version of it yet. They've made it easier this time, which I think is good. It always looks so nice and friendly, like a kids game, but damn it's challenging. I love that you can play as Cotton (who can fly a little bit on her broomstick, which makes things much easier) or Curly (who can shoot her gun). It's got a cheesy and shallow plot, but I enjoy reading the brief dialogues. The music is great bouncy stuff. Oh, it runs perfectly at 60fps just like the Vita version (the 3DS game is 30fps, boo!). I basically like everything about it. It still does ramp up in difficulty kind of sharply, as the other Umihara games do. I just go with it and laugh when I end up getting dumped down 4 stories and land at the bottom of a pool of water. Sometimes it reminds me a bit of Getting Over It. I've always liked the difficult to get competent at fishing lure gameplay. Hooking onto walls, enemies, fruit, floating seed puffs, et all is pretty cool and unique. Having said all this, I don't think most people would want to play it for more than a few hours. I love it though. I also love the packaging. It has a great instruction booklet, and the inside cover art has a detailed map of the whole world including very small print text.
@MJL You lucky thing! I never see Xenoblade Chronicles 3D anywhere, and I scour CEX joints pretty regularly.
Just started playing Mario + Rabbits after many months. Decided to continue where I left it, so I am in the lava world.
Yay my preorder for Three Houses finally arrived so there goes my weekend (Amazon you are such a tease telling me it wouldn't come until Monday!).
Sorry to my family, see you in a couple of months.
I know what I won’t be playing this weekend thanks to Amazon UK and that’s Fire Emblem 3 houses, I preordered the limited edition AT THE END OF MAY! Got an email through on THURSDAY NIGHT saying it’s delayed. Why do Amazon keep doing this?
Fire emblem three houses, Leisure larry😉 rated M, MUA 3.
Amazing how no one is playing wolf new blood
FE3H, MHGU, and maybe some Road Redemption.
Mario Maker 2: Absolutely great game, finished story mode this week, working on my 5th course. Still playing Boxboygirl, Rocket League, and I picked up Riptide on sale.
Happy gaming, everyone!
@Anti-Matter I hope you feel better, friend!
@Anti-Matter hope you’re feeling better soon.
@60frames-please I was just thinking the same thing about the pushmo games. I would think they would be an easy port. I was also thinking about the switchforce games, and boom there they were on switch. So maybe it is a matter of time.
I am mainly playing Resident Evil 4 for the first time since the Wii days, and I have to say, it is still a masterclass in pacing and design.
I am also playing Kero Blaster for the first time. As a massive fan of Cave Story, it is great to finally play another of Pixel's games. Though quite different in style and structure, the two definitely share a design where all aspects of the game are honed to perfection with very little 'fat' or 'filler'.
Beyond those, playing some Neo Geo games on my Mini with the nephew. His favourites are currently Robo Army and Metal Slug!
Mario Maker 2, BotW and the new Wolfenstein demo.
I’ll be playing some MK8 online, think I’ve finally unlocked everything... do you get anything for beating the staff Ghosts on 200cc? Super Mario Maker 2 arrived for my son, he has forgot it was coming and I can’t wait to see his excitement when I say ‘hey Jamie there’s something for you here in the post...’ magic! I should really get back to Wolf2 on Switch as I’m not getting Young Blood till I finish it. Have a great weekend everyone.
Doom (Switch) - I finally found a great combo that works for me online, so loads more TDM this weekend.
Killzone: Mercenary (Vita) - Getting back into this now that my friend also has it.
Microsoft Flight (Games For Windows) Still on a Let's Play.
Mirror's Edge (Windows Phone) Still on a Let's Play.
Panzer Geekz (Windows Phone) Still on a Let's Play.
I'm on holiday but I made sure to buy FE, so hopefully I'll be able to play a few hours. If there's any time left, maybe I'll finish the story mode of MUA3.
Picked up Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 yesterday and really having a blast with it.
Still have a lot to unlock and discover, though. But enjoying the game so far.
I'm finally getting around to playing through Metroid Prime 2 Echoes again. I remember the title being a real pain growing up so I'm curious to see what I'll think of the game as an adult. One thing is for sure, it's got a really distinctive atmosphere even if the lack of vibrancy is a bit of a bummer.
Fire Emblem pretty much, almost 10 hours in and I still can't really decide if I like it or not, this is a bizarre entry in the series I can say that much for sure.
Streets of rage always makes me feel like a hero
Smash and Virtua Racing methinks - I think I'm getting back into Smash. I find the vastness of the game a bit daunting, I just don't have the time to uncover all that stuff. I almost find it more geared to people who have played Smash for years rather than someone like me trying it from scratch.
Fire Emblem Three Houses all weeked long, or at least as much of it as my family will let me have.
Sadly not Three Houses, it seems to have taken a wrong direction for me, where as most reviewers seem OK with it. Fair enough, but having received review copies maybe their reviews are slightly shaded 😲, I will be more interested in how the gamers and FE fans view it, if they agree with the reviewers I'll keep an open mind, and maybe reconsider.
Right now I'm playing a bit more Disgaea 5.
I picked up Wolfenstein Youngblood and Wolfenstein Cyberpilot yesterday, only to get home to find DOOM 1, 2, and 3 available... So I'm playing a lot of DOOM and Wolfenstein.
Fire emblem 3 houses is numero uno seems pretty decent so far only 2 hours in.
If I feel I need a break I will go for a bit of fragging in the stealth dropped Doom 😃 ahh childhood memories 👍🏻
Also Horizon chase turbo for short bursts of pure arcade joy
On Switch, thinking about some casual racing in Team Sonic Racing, and continuing the Dawn of the Breakers event. A definite will be playing Titanfall 2 on PC. Got it on sale this past week and been loving the whole single player campaign so far.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and Fire Emblem Three Houses.
@wazlon yeah, I’m loving how the treasures all actually have some purpose too, whether as new skills or unlocking new areas. It’s kinda like Metroid / Zelda-esque gating, but with a very different and unique identity.
Super Mario Maker 2, Hollow Knight, Final Fantasy X and, of course, Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
I went back to the best visually designed console ever : The almighty Megadrive !
What a masterpiece...
@CrimsonMoonMist You might want to try the Wii or Wii U version, as those versions of Prime 2 are easier.
@60frames-please Thanks for the info
FE:3H, Fantasy Strike, and Ol' Smash.
Still plugging away in DQB2. It's amazing how you can love a game that can make you feel like an idiot.
I would be playing Fire Emblem Three Houses if the text size wasn’t atrocious.
Fortnite like always
I'll be playing Final Fantasy XIV as usual, I'm right at the final boss of the new expansion. I also still have a lot more to go with Dragon Quest Builders 2 so I'm going to focus more on that when I'm done.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 will be my main game that I’m playing. I’ll make time for Smash Bros and maybe throw in Mario Kart 8. Playing some games on PS4 as well.
I'm at the final boss of bloodstained rotn so i should be finishing that up tonight. When I'm done I'll pop in crash n sane trilogy and get a feel for that. I also went eshop happy and for Youngblood and Doom 3 ( mostly because of the shadow drop hype) but I'm excited to play them all. Also gonna get my Mario maker fix in as usual
Anyone playing Wolfenstein Youngblood?
Looking forward to the review which I guess will be up shortly....
Mostly Fire Emblem Three Houses with a little DQB2
Classic DOOM, Metroid: Samus Returns, and Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War!
Also Wolfenstein Youngblood!
Wargroove, because.I don't have money for Three Houses.
Fore Emblem for me. Other than that a buddy and I are running through Marvel Ultimate Alliance when our schedule coincides. That said, pretty average game.
More FFX. About 8 hours in and I'm still undecided about this one. Until all the Switch releases, I'd never played a Final Fantasy. Started with 7 and then went right into 9. 7 was good as an entry into the series, but I definitely enjoyed 9 more in terms of story and characters. X has my favourite battle system so far, and I really like the characters, but something about it just isn't quite connecting with me. I think it might be the voice acting which is fine but feels quite disjoint (and I can't switch to Japanese as I normally would). Will keep going for now, but I'm tempted to jump into Three Houses instead.
An insanely busy weekend means that I unfortunately won't have much gaming time. My hope is to shove in a bit more of Dragon Quest IV, plus I plan to start SteamWorld Dig on the Wii U (via the SteamWorld Collection).
As usual, the fact that I'll be out and about a lot this weekend means that I'll likely be playing more Pokemon Go.
Have a fun, game-filled weekend!
Assassins Creed Odyssey and Dragon Quest Builders 2 on Ps4 and on the Switch Octopath Traveller,Graveyard Keeper and Zelda Breath Of The Wild.
@Anti-Matter Get better soon my friend.
Bought all 3 Doom games, so that will keep me busy, and I’m going to keep on with A Robot Named Fight which I absolutely love, and probably some Caveblazers.
1. F12019 (PC) Sunday is race day! (Germany GP)
2. YoungBlood (PC, buddy pass with my cousin 😃)
3. And start Fire Emblem!
the text is just too small on fire emblem. The reviews don't talk about it. so no fire emblem for me... Mario maker 2 and the messenger dlc
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 on Switch and Judgment on PS4.
At the moment, I'm playing through Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. If I find the time, I might also play My Hero's One Justice some more.
Playing Life Is Strange 1 this week. Very sad game. Also going to play Mario Maker 2 as a time waster.
Three Houses whenever it gets done downloading. You would think our local Walmart would get quite a few copies of a major Nintendo game on the day of launch, right? No. They got a whopping two copies, which were sold out by the afternoon. So, I caved and got the Deluxe version on the eShop. Until it finishes downloading, I guess I'll try and see if I can beat Megaman Battle Network 3. (...we have slow internet)
@Krull Game and CEX online have Xenoblade 3D for reasonable money.
Do get it - the game is brilliant!
Crash team racing
@dugan Cool! I keep wishing they'd release a 4 or 8 player Dr Mario on Switch. I love the versions on 3DS and Wii U. Most of all I want either a port of a classic Wars game or a new game, Switch Wars! I keep making levels and playing vs the CPU in Advance Wars DS on my 3DS, but I'd be thrilled if Nintendo put the series on Switch!
@wazlon no problem
I'm a little jealous of my son playing nonstop Fire Emblem: 3 Houses, so I borrowed his copy of Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest (which I missed the first time around) and I'm playing that. Also pumped for my friend coming over to play Mario Golf on Gamecube later!
Doom II and Doom 3 for me, that'll make the wait for the physical Deluxe Edition of Wolfenstein: Youngblood much more eaiser. On Monday, I'll get that beauty.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses. All day, every day. I love it!
@Kanbei You have to play Conquest while your kid gets to experience Three Houses? My condolences!
@Ralizah Ha, thanks. I will get through this!
I'll go by "if I'm lucky", so here goes:
Ys VIII (Yes... I know, I know) I will be trying to wrap up as life keeps foiling my plans. I will try to sprinkle I some demos of Tiny Metal 2, God Eater 3, Bot Vice, and Ape Out.
Steamworld Dig 2. Loved it so much last year I’ve decided to replay and aim for 100%.
Unfortunately working all weekend but after work gonna fire up Wolfenstein YB. And maybe give Raiden a go as well. Love them shmups
Although I bought Three Houses yesterday, this weekend is all about XB1. The Gears 5 Tech Test and some other XB1 games. By Wednesday I'll have decided whether to start Three Houses or continue to progress towards being up to date with the Gears story in time for Gears 5 launch on September 6th (1 and 2 already complete and got 3, Judgment and 4 left).
I've played some MUA3 and DB Heroes and I will start Fire Emblem when I go on Vacation Monday. Probably won't touch FE before then so I can actually log some hours uninterrupted.
Metal Gear Solid 1-4 on Switch ... wait, I must have been dreaming again.
For me it will be all about Super Mario Maker 2 on Switch and The Surge on PS4, which is basically a sci-fi version of Dark Souls for those of you who don't know, it is really great.
I'll be playing Fire Emblem Three Houses this weekend, next weekend, and every weekend for the foreseeable future. Oh, and I'll also be playing it on many of the weekdays in between those weekends. This game just so immersive and great at building a world where you feel closeness to your students and the rest of the Officer's Academy and Monastery staff. The story pulls you in and doesn't let you out. And of course, the strategy elements and gameplay are just as satisfying and high stakes as usual. Long live the Black Eagles!
Super Mega Baseball 2 and some Fire Emblem will consume most of my weekend.
@Anti-Matter aww, here's hoping you'll get well soon. Sage tea's good against a sore throat if it's available where you live and if you can handle it.
Apart from my Animal Crossing NL dailies I'm working on finally finishing Harvest Moon A New Beginning (not going for 100 % but there are still some things I would like to see). My co-op buddy's been reeling me into Stardew Valley lately including today and if I'm lucky there'll be some Minecraft and/or Overcooked 2 this weekend. Time will tell.
I’m on a retro kick this weekend. Road Fighter is one of my favourite arcade games, so the Arcade Archives release is keeping me busy.
I’ve also started Doom 3, as I never really gave it a chance back when it came out.
Oh, and I’m playing The Sinking City on Xbone because I like the Lovecraftian elements.
I am so excited that I was able to pick up Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia and The Alliance Alive the other day, and have been playing them quite a bit.
In my opinion, they are both absolute gems.
Just bought Dragon quest builders 2
I'll be hopefully finishing my attempt to unlock Assassin's Creed Odyssey's platinum trophy! After almost 120 hours (in +/- 4 months) of exploring the beautiful overworld and enjoying the great DLC chapters I cant believe it's almost over. Ah well, it's time to move on to a next big game Probably Bayonetta 1 and Detroit: Become Human simultaneously.
Oh, I also picked up Steamworld Heist again after leaving it alone for a couple of months. Really enjoying it again though!
@mcdreamer When I first played FFX (when it originally came out on PS2) I shared your feelings about the voice acting. The voice acting is okay, but it's not up to the standards of what we would expect in a block buster RPG today. So I know what you mean about the voice acting but the game really picks up story wise about half way througuh and really starts to suck you in from that point, at least that's how it was with me. I'd advise you to stick it out a little while more before you turn your attention elsewhere.
I’m blasting through Mario & Luigi Dream Team. I’m almost at the end of the game and having sunk 35 hours into the game, I can say it’s worthwhile.
Otherwise I’ve also been dipping into Stella Glow in the 3DS. I want to finish my backlog before getting the Switch Lite this Autumn.
Super Mario Odyssey and Pokémon FireRed. Both great games.
Didn't think anything could pull me away from Mario Maker 2 before the next Smash DLC but original DOOM/DOOM II on the go is 100% something that could. I love these old cartoony monsters so much.
Graveyard Keeper, Stardew Valley and Rocket League mostly. I will most likely play some Bloodstained:Ritual of the Night because I just can't stay away from it for some reason.
Picross Lord Of The Nazarick
Ape Out
Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King
Uno
Doom 2. One of my favorites right here and now get to play it anywhere with force feedback. Also some more blast everything to bits action with Nuclear Throne.
I was playing Phantasy Star 1 for Switch until my save mysteriously erased itself.....
@zool what didn’t you like about Three Houses?
I was going to get it, but then the focus on the RPG/story side put me off - I prefer more strategy, and really don’t have much time to game. The ‘small font’ comments sealed the deal, as my ageing eyes can’t handle tiny text.
I’ll be DOOMing this weekend. Have fun y’all
On PS4: Shadow of the Tomb Raider
On Switch: SMM2, Rocket League
@Bondi_Surfer I gave Three Houses a miss for the same reason you did. I enjoy the strategy part but there seems to be to much RPG game play. I also don't like reading text after text in a game either
@Bondi_Surfer I gave Three Houses a miss for the same reason you did. I enjoy the strategy part but there seems to be to much RPG game play. I also don't like reading text after text in a game either and there doesn't look as though there is a way to skip through it.
I'll be playing Disgaea 5. Another good strategy game, but the text can at the press of a button be missed.
Finally repurchased Mario and Rabbids Gold as I had to self my physical copy before getting to even start it. Grabbed the digital on sale the other day. Spreading myself between that and Tiny Metal FMR, also have Valkyrie Chronicles waiting...so much strategy....
@MJL xenoblade is one of my all time favorite games for 3ds, but for some reason I didnt enjoy the other xenoblade games .
@Expa0 I'm exactly the same. I'm still trying to get my head around it and dont really know what I'm doing 😂
@zool have you ever played a Fire Emblem game before? I'm not very far in but I've played a bunch, heck I have the LE Fire Emblem 3DS, and it seems to play pretty normal to the genre.
@vegeta11 zool 2 seconds ago
Well that's good to hear. I will see how other players rate it and then consider getting it. Its just that the reviews I read or watched said a play through was about 60/80 hours, but never said how much of that was in battle, where the strategy game play is, and how much time is spent running around doing the levelling up and reading text. With the 3ds games you could fast forward that stuff and level up in battle.
I just bought Super Mario Maker 2 yesterday and uploaded 2 levels thus far and played some levels in story mode. I will also be playing Smash Bros Ultimate online(just started to play online to be honest) and maybe some BOTW( almost fully complete). I learned how out of practice I am with platforming since some of the levels in story mode are giving me a hard time 😵
@thundarr How is Graveyard Keeper ?, Is it relatively easy 2 play ?, I'm interested but don't like 2 spend an age learning complicated controls etc...
I like it but it took me awhile to get into it. I found it difficult to catch on to what needs to be done and how. I am a VERY casual gamer so YMMV. I do recommend the game however. It is a lot like Stardew Valley just more macabre.
