Cool. Always good to see good devs doing well...and 12 platforms??? Haha, glad to see they aren't too loyal to one overlord so everyone can enjoy the game.

Own it on Wii U and Switch, but have only ever finished the Specter of Torment campaign. Not sure why, but that campaign just felt really fun to play compared to the other two.

How about revealing the sequel now?

Shovel Knight II, with SNES graphics this time, or even better, hand-made HD Sprites.

One of my most played and probably my favorite indie game. Such character and substance, I am still playing it, since its multiple campaigns and gameplay variety never gets old!

It's a gem. Those who haven't played it yet need to. I can't think of one problem with it.

I hope we get a release date for King of Cards and the amiibo 3 pack soon. I know development takes time and that it’ll be worth the wait in the end, but I need those amiibo, man!

Bought it twice, Wii U and Switch, but haven't finished it. Should change that.

I'm glad to say that I helped and am a satisfied customer. I missed the Kickstarter for it, which I would have backed at the time, but I picked it up when Plague of Shadows came out. I found the game to be as fantastic as people said and it certainly lived up to any hype. Spectre or Torment was also excellent. I expect to play through all the campaigns multiple times over the years ahead. The wait for the last scenario has been tough. I'm happy for Yacht Club's success and Shovel Knight is still the standard as far as Kickstarter games go, in my view.

Hard to believe it's been five years, and they still aren't quite finished with it yet. Great game nonetheless.

I give them credit for stretching out this game. I don't give them credit for making King Of Cards stretch out for so long that we could have had a sequel by now. But I'm sure money and Nintendo has a lot to do with it, and I adore Shovel Knight so I shall not complain.

Kind of surprising that the character with cameos EVERYWHERE's game is only five years old.

2.5 million seems low to me. Everyone needs at least 1 copy of this masterpiece. I bought the Treasure Trove on Switch and have played through each campaign roughly 8 times. Really channels Megaman and 2D platformers in general. Eagerly awaiting King of Cards.

Really thought it would be more at this point, considering how many people ask for this guy to be everywhere, especially Smash, over other franchises that sold way more, really goes to show that just because people are vocal, it doesn't mean they are the majority.

Utterly fantastic game in every way that deserves every bit of success it's gotten.

Where my King of Cards at?

One of my favorite games of all time. I replay the main campaign every year, and it was the first game in a long time that I played that made me feel like I was a kid again during the NES era. I can't wait for King of Cards!!

How are they on 12 platforms but not iOS? Here’s hoping with gamepad support in iOS 13 they bring it to iOS. Maybe even Apple Arcade.

Love the game as I have it on my 3DS but we are still waiting for the physical for the switch.
