The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening has easily become one of our most anticipated Switch titles over the last few weeks, and this feeling has only grown after our hands-on time with the game at E3. It's shaping up to be a wonderful retelling of the 1993 classic on Game Boy, but more and more subtle changes are being spotted as new footage appears online.

Eagle-eyed fans are doing what they do best - analysing every frame of every trailer for the juiciest details - and some of the results are very interesting indeed. Among them, and shared by Twitter user @Stealth40k, is this subtle difference within Sale's House O' Bananas.

As you can see in the two images below, Sale's bed has been replaced with a hammock, signifying that the development team haven't been afraid to spruce things up here and there. We imagine there'll be plenty of other small changes to discover throughout the game, too, but it's nice to see that the rest of the room appears to be practically identical, right down to the three pots in the corner.

In all honesty, we quite like seeing little changes like this; the key elements are still in place, but this boosts the sense that we're revisiting something that's now 25 years old. Of course some things will have changed in that time and Sale, if you're reading, congratulations on your fresh upgrade.

You'll be able to get your hands on all sorts of Link's Awakening goodies when the game launches this September; over the course of E3, limited edition sets and an adorable Link amiibo were revealed.
