Following on from the utterly bizarre scenes yesterday, where it was rumoured that Miyamoto would appear during Microsoft's E3 presentation (spoiler: he didn't), the official Xbox Twitter account has now given a nod to Nintendo's Direct taking place tomorrow.
The tweet shows "where you need to be for #XboxE3" and lists all of Microsoft's events, as well as several other briefings from other companies. Third party briefings appear - such as Bethesda and Ubisoft who will (and already have) shown off games that will be present on Xbox - but Nintendo is also listed. Hmm...
Yep, right there at the very top of the Tuesday column is Nintendo's E3 briefing - the 40-minute Direct which will be airing tomorrow. We can only think of two possible reasons for this being shown in the graphic.
The first potential reason is that perhaps Microsoft is simply sharing a list of E3 events in general, using "#XboxE3" to simply mean "E3". The second is that it wants Xbox players to watch Nintendo's show or, at the very least, is hinting that something Xbox-related will be discussed.
If fans do indeed "need to be" at the Nintendo Direct for Xbox content, what could that involve? Will Xbox Game Pass be available on Switch, just like how Xbox achievements have made their way to Nintendo's platform? Will Halo's Master Chief be revealed as the promised second Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC character as previously speculated? Or will absolutely nothing happen, with the graphic tweeted above not meaning anything at all?
At this point, your guess is as good as ours. We guess we'll find out for definite tomorrow!

Imagine, IMAGINE Game Pass on Switch.
Now stop imagining, and tune in tomorrow for new Minecraft character skins.
Unsurprisingly, they didn't list Limited Run Games.
Though LRG have done many physical releases for Sony and Nintendo platforms, they've never done any Xbox platforms due to Microsoft's minimum print run of 10k units, as opposed to the batches of 1k units for NIntendo Switch.
Or they have put that as they know no one will be at their stand at that time, they will be watching the Direct
@frabbit
The Xbox conference did make a strong point about streaming Xbox games from their Game Pass on the Xcloud.
We might be seeing Xcloud available on the Switch.
In home streaming through their new app from Xbox to switch?
Hard to know...there definitely wasn't any Nintendo news at the Microsoft conference.
Microsoft is just missing a partnership with Google and they will be all over the console market.
What colour would you call The Switch logo and it’s main colour? Scarlet you say?
Nah, I don’t think it has anything to do with that. Probably Ori and the Blind Forest.
And this is the carrot on the string approach that leads to disappointment, like yesterday’s ridiculous rumor that Miyamoto would be speaking at the microsoft presentation.
What is going on ?
Is it Microsoft want to "get married" with Nintendo and then there will be NintenBox ?
Minecraft Dungeons
XCloud or Gamepass on Switch
Ori 2 on Switch
Rad - Microsoft bought Doublefine so that may technically be MS now
https://www.pcgamer.com/tim-schafer-explains-why-microsoft-now-owns-double-fine-productions/
(could be an article for ya there @damo)
Any of which would be nice, but there's no need to get too overly out there with wild speculation.
Halo 2 for the Switch would be lovely, screw Ori. More like...WHORI
@Anti-Matter NintedBone Two Ex?
I really really want the Lego horizon on my switch!
I felt throughout the Xbox presentation there were a few nods to Nintendo. More than once the gag line ‘we want you to play anywhere , anytime and with anyone ‘ was used - not least by head honcho Phil Spencer himself.
Whether that was just a tease or if it really was just a case of `Nintendo and Microsoft making play with Sony not being on show we will have to wait and see.
It certainly makes more people watch the presentations.
My hope is they are doing a Banjo-Kazooie remaster on both Xbox and Switch, and they wanted to save that announcement for Nintendo so they could immediately roll it into a Banjo Smash DLC announcement while people are at maximum hype. Maybe with a dash of an Xcloud powered Xbox Game Pass coming to the Switch as a bonus.
My expectation is it's just because of the games like Minecraft Dungeons and Spiritfarer that are already confirmed to be coming to the Switch. Most likely it's just Microsoft's way of saying "These are when you'll see anything that even remotely has to do with our brand".
My money is on some minor thing, like a Minecraft announcement of some kind.
My dream would be a surprise port of the Halo Master Chief collection. But that has about a 0.0000001% chance of happening. lol
@sixrings Even if it was just that dlc as a game I would have that! All those games but that early made me sit up and go ‘I want that’
Rare Replay and Golden Eye / Perfect Dark 64 HD
I'd also like battletoads.
Well, MS is pitching the next gem as cloud-based and playing on the device that suits you.
Nintendo is increasing carving out a unique position in the market for the Switch, so the consoles can coexist with each other without really taking sales away from the other. E.g. people like me whose gaming is 90% on the go.
Gamepass, or even more sharing of previously-exclusive IPs could work to the benefit of both companies and might even give the Xbox brand some chance of credibility in Japan.
I would love it if they agree to share Rare — I just want to replay those golden age 64 games on the move
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... actually, I'm pretty sure it's real this time guys. I think they're going to announce the new XBox will be released as a Switch exclusive.
...oh... Shame on me...
Mario is the new Microsoft Word assistant.
Nice to see a thread where people are actively advocating for more third party games vs threads which essentially are I'm such a nintendo fan I loath and reject all other companies if they aren't indies.
I'm a fan already of the Xbox Scarlet project. Can't wait to see more of that Console!
But I have desided to buy the next Xbox next to my Nintendo Console (still hoping for a Switch 2 (or pro etc)
Lost my interest for Sony, was a fan but got kinda bored and was collecting dust when I had my switch.
@Nanaki Goldeneye
Breath of the Wild on Xbox. You heard it here first.
@sixrings The idea of Xbox games on Switch has to be a good thing. Yes we love Nintendo 1st party games but to have a wider breadth of quality games can only be good for Nintendo.
Hmmm so they were saving their nintendo announcements for the direct then. Still could also just be for Minecraft Dungeon
I hope that Nintendo will release one of their IP’s or exclusive games not owned by Nintendo but still an exclusive (like Cuphead with/on Xbox, dang this hard to explain) on the Xbox. Even though I don’t have an Xbox.
People here seem really to like this Nintendo heart Xbox thing only taking things from Xbox but not wanting to return anything. Seems logical to be honest since we do not get to decide anything.
I just wanna share the love back to Xbox because they gave me Cuphead.
So Nintendo go on and give them something in return like Smash!!
Nah that will rage Nintendo (die hard fanboys) they will wish them Snipperclips
@sixrings Please point me to those comment sections. I've heard criticism of half assed third party efforts. I've never read outright dismissal of third party support
It’s just referencing the Direct because there’s gonna be a mention of something MineCraft related. Boring. Boring. Boring.
I see four possible things
1.banjo or other Microsoft rep for smash
2.xbox game pass for switch probably with some games
3.battletoads or rare replay on switch
4.Ori game on switch or something like that
Then some Minecraft stuff like Zelda mod or the new game or Xbox live support on switch expansion
What is Xbox Game Pass?
Is that like Free NES games from NSO or Xbox One digital download only games?
To imagine if i can get Portal Knights Xbox One version (crispier graphics in 60 fps + Rainbow Island) & The Sims 4 Xbox One version with All Expansion packs and DLCs for my Nintendo Switch.... 😮😮😮
I’m sure it is the Minecraft reveal.
@UmbreonsPapa I have had a number of conversations on these threads with a number of users who for example do not want call of duty on their system. They do not like the series and they don't want their system having these games as a option. It's one thing to not like loot boxes or to say you won't buy a game because the developer is not putting in a mode that is on other systems, or not wanting to buy a game because of a switch tax, or a mandatory download. It's a whole other thing to say you wish nintendo would not allow these companies to release games on the system. Let people decide with their wallets. Sorry these thread sections aren't exactly like Google and I can't search specific times I've had the conversations. But they did exist.
Hmm it is some weird wording. I don't think it's going to be anything, but if it were I'd say it's something that affects both Xbox and the Switch. "Here's where you need to be for XboxE3" doesn't sound like "look, an Xbox game is coming to Switch" so in my opinion it's either a new game anouncement for both Switch and Xbox or gamepass coming to Switch.
@RupeeClock yes and then NIntendo will go cloud too. don't do it
@sixrings
Just wait until nothing from Xbox comes to Switch. Suddenly everyone will be like "Xbox doesn't have any games anyway hahaha" or the likes
@Anti-Matter Xbindo better. lmao
It's just RARE Replay on Switch, nothing specia-
Alright, now I NEED it to be this!
Microsoft Word coming to Switch! Featuring Clippy!
@Alber-san salty
@Bondi_Surfer : Clippy for Smash confirmed!
Of everything suggested here nothing would make me happier than Master Chief DLC in Smash Brothers. I've always been a multi-console player. I've played Nintendo since the NES and Xbox since the original machine came out. (Before Xbox I was playing Sega/Nintendo/TG16 and never participated in the whole console wars thing. ) Mashing Halo into Smash Brothers world be my own wet edream come true.
Phantasy Star Online 2 also coming to Switch in the West!
@telepathy2000 pso2 looked super intense. I'm not sure switch could run it.
Streaming XBOX games on Switch incoming. Oh boy
Pleeease be Halo MCC or a Gears of War game for switch! That, or I'll also take xcloud on there too lol
I think that some of you are developing laughably unrealistic expectations. The release of Cuphead doesn’t mean that Microsoft is going to magically open their vaults to Nintendo! Halo is not going to happen, nor is Rare Replay. That’s just ridiculous!
Also, one has to wonder what would be in it for Microsoft? Surely, MS isn’t going to turn their biggest franchises over for nothing? Would any one of you honestly be willing to allow Mario, Zelda, or Metroid to go multi platform? If the answer is no....why not? You’re asking for the very thing that you yourself would never want to see happen.
Go into tomorrow with realistic expectations, otherwise you’re going to be disappointed. Mark my words, Halo isn’t happening, nor is Gears of War, and forget about Rare Replay. Cuphead and Minecraft are probably going to be it, and we’re lucky we got those!
Would it be funny if Microsoft announced that they will be buying out Nintendo.
@Anti-Matter lol bro you've got Sims on the brain. Serious question - Metroid Prime Trilogy, or Sims 4 on Switch?
@frabbit
The Sims 4 on Switch.
I'm a huge fan of The Sims games.
Another thing to think about is this:
The Direct is going to be forty minutes long. We still haven't seen anything pertaining to Animal Crossing or Luigi's Mansion, aside from a couple of logos. If they're shown, that will take time, as will any new information pertaining to Astral Chain, a reminder about Deux Ex Machina, a blurb about Mario Maker 2, something pertaining to the online service, indie releases, Smash Bros. DLC. If Halo were to be announced, they wouldn't announce it in passing. They would make it a big part of their presentation. The entire Direct will probably look a little something like this:
-Smash Bros. DLC
-Bayonetta 3 info
-Astral Chain
-Animal Crossing
-a new trailer for Fire Emblem
-a small amount of time dedicated to Pokémon
-A trailer for Luigi's Mansion, complete with a release date
-a launch trailer for Mario Maker 2, complete with an outline of free DLC content
-a few indie announcements
-A surprise third party announcement or two
-A surprise 2020 reveal from Nintendo. Maybe a Mario Odyssey 2 reveal?
Trust me when I say that half of you, in twenty-eight hours, will be posting about how this Direct was a crushing disappointment because the majority of what will be shown is of stuff that has already been announced.
I'm excited, to be honest, but I also have my expectations in check. They're not going to get any more big Xbox games, SNES games aren't coming to the online service, N64 Classic won't be announced, and all of the rumors that we read about on Nintendo Life will remain rumors.
Oh, and The Sims 4 isn't going to happen. Sorry, Anti, but you're asking for real support from a company that is only willing to give Switch bare bones legacy editions of ONE game and very little else.
Sorry to be so negative, but being realistic means that I can enjoy the Direct.
Rare Replay switch edtion adding donky kong country and donkey kong 64 and Diddy kong racing Or banjo for switch or it means nothing.. lol
@BanjoPickles i agree and the 3rd party release ther wont be any depth on them it will be a montage
@sixrings I agree. I honestly don't understand how people can play ONLY Nintendo games. And I'm not saying JUST Nintendo systems, I'm saying literally only Nintendo made games. I love Nintendo, they are without a doubt my favorite gaming company, and the switch my favorite console. However, there are so many fantastic games both on Nintendo systems and other systems that people should definitely play.
@BanjoPickles I tend to agree with most of this, but... why no SNES games? They did find the game titles embedded in the NES service code already (before being removed). I'm not hoping for much in the way of surprises but I think this and MP3 Trilogy are real possibilities.
@rhyeee3216
Exactly! We won't get GTA V, Red Dead 1, Fallout 3/4/New Vegas, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, The Sims, any of the big EA Sports stuff (good!), etc. Hell, if Switch can't even run Saint's Row The Third properly, it's probably best that we forget about GTA V ever happening.
The third party reveals will probably be along the lines of Spyro (who doesn't see this game coming from a mile away?), or a vanilla port of a last gen release.
I feel like I'm putting down the Switch, but I'm not. I've loved the support that it has received so far, and I typically swipe up them up when they're of interest. I own Civilization VI, Dark Souls, both South Parks, LA Noire, Crash, Sonic Mania, Diablo III, Skyrim, etc. I just know that expectations lead to nothing.
@jarvismp
I thought that as well. It seemed to be hinting strongly in a Switch direction but without following up on it. Unless Spencer was being very careless with his words, which seems unlikely given how slick and rehearsed it all was.
@BanjoPickles
That’s seems a pretty realistic prediction
@frabbit
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see it, but.....what would be the point? I think that experiences like Tetris 99 are what Nintendo is shooting for. I believe that a big reason why Nintendo hasn't unveiled a comprehensive Virtual Console, and why they're keeping the NES Online service so bare-bones, is because they are experiencing something that eluded them during the Wii-Wii U: genuine third-party success on the digital front. It's only my theory, but I think that if Nintendo started opening up their floodgates of classic content, it would cannibalize indie sales. Realistically, how many people would plunk down the money for Hollow Knight (god, what a great game) when they can play Super Metroid for free? I like to think that there are reasons behind these decisions of theirs. I think that the reason why we're seeing NES games on the online service is because, at this point in time, they have reached a point where Nintendo can no longer repackage/resell them like they had in the past. SNES games still have value, and I think that value will increase if Nintendo plays their cards right, pulls a Disney, and keeps them in the vault for a few years. Like I said, it's all just a theory.
I would love to see it, but.....would it be the right time to do so?
@sixrings While I'll reluctantly give you there's probably a miniscule number of people outright calling for those games to not be on the Switch, most arguments on here are for companies to not even bother if they can't provide more than a half assed effort or cheap money grab
@graysoncharles
That would be the more logical explanation.
@BanjoPickles At the end of thre day, none of us know what is or isn't going to happen til it happens. I do agree its always good to keep your expectations in check. At the same time, I don't think it precludes you from speculating, theorizing and hoping. It's being a grown up about it and keeping in mind that what you hope for and want may not happen and you are not entitled to anything
@BanjoPickles I see that side of it too, totally. And would Nintendo want to release A Link to the Past for "free" a couple months before they throw out Link's Awakening (remake)? Probably not.
But we've now had like 8 months of NES games. I don't even check what games go up on a monthly basis any longer. NES isn't an incentive for me to keep paying for the online service, and it's certainly not an incentive for the legions of young gamers who don't know (or care) about Nintendo's history. They just see some really difficult, really ugly games being flogged to them.
I love Tetris 99 though, and if Nintendo want to come out with another effort like that I am 100% down. I just really think we'll see SNES games on the Switch.
Also, Hollow Knight - incredible.
@NinjaWaddleDee especially when my memories being young were equally of non nintendo first party games. I loved contra, megaman, street fighter, gauntlet, castlevania, final fight, Disney games, final fantasy, dragon warrior, NBA jam, NHL 94, blades of Steele. It was great being able to own one system. I never felt the need to own a genesis. Now I feel the need to own a Xbox or playstation. And a large group of nintendo fans are like who cares?
@UmbreonsPapa I just want more options. It's greedy since I barely have the time to play what I have. But I thought the new moto was bring EVERYTHING to switch!
@Octane i doubt it man..
Generally hope it's Rare related.
@sixrings
You’re talking about over twenty years ago. And even then you were quite lucky if you didn’t want a Genesis. I’ve been a multi-Console gamer since 1994. It’s always been the way of things to my eyes. There’s too much competition and it’s not in the interests of Sony or MS or Nintendo for any of their competition to have a box that offers everything. There’s a reason why it never happens.
@BanjoPickles
I’m not sure I agree with you about the impossibility of getting anything from MS. They have a totally different approach to Nintendo. It’s all about Game Pass and their future streaming services and getting a healthy enough number of games on the Switch to make Game Pass worthwhile on it could benefit MS and Nintendo.
I’m not in any way saying it will happen but there’s a good business case for it.
@frabbit
Oh, I absolutely agree with you! It's crazy how the stock/interest in NES games has plummeted over the years! Do you remember how stoked people were about the possibility of downloading NES games when Wii first dropped? Maybe it's the obnoxious dripfeed that they started employing after WiiWare started, or it could be that they've rereleased the games so many times that the mystery/allure is gone and we're left with games that I still greatly enjoy because I grew up with them, but many of them are antiquated. Also, it doesn't help that the list of games released has been pretty ho-hum. The ACA/Johnny Turbo line provide more excitement.
The Cuphead DLC wasn't at the Microsoft conference, maybe we'll see it in the Direct? The Switch physical version does have the base game and DLC on the cart after all.
I do think we'll see more Xbox stuff on Switch in the Direct but Cuphead DLC would be a reason for XB1 and PC players to watch the Direct.
Seriously cant wait to see who the second character for smash ultimate dlc tomorrow event im still crossing my fingers for doomslayer to be one of 4 dlc characters left.
@electrolite77 I am. Coincidentally that's the same time frame nintendo competed power wise. I owned a Wii but I'll admit I ignored it. I came back to nintendo with Wii u after experiencing hd from 360. It's hard for me going from both systems and not wanting more from my nintendo.
Nothing happened involving both companies teaming up, so yeah, that was fun
I think it mostly was professional courtesy on Microsoft’s part. Which all three do frequently. However, if there is something there it could be either be something with Minecraft dungeons or “Forza Street”, which isn’t the full game but would still be an MS branded franchise on a Nintendo system.
Either way Microsoft is not ready to reveal details on xCloud (which is how I think they’d bring game pass to Switch). I feel they would do in a press conference closer to October, and Nintendo doesn’t like stuff like announced too long before it’s ready. That’s assuming Nintendo lets them do it at all.
@sixrings I don’t know if you are aware but PSO2 is on the Switch in Japan. It’s cloud streamed. Not that I think it’s coming just that it’s already a thing.
This is all my wishful thinking but i can definitely see a one off trade in IPs where Nintendo gets their own version of Forza/Halo/Gears of War in exchange for Zelda/Mario/Pokemon.
In particular two games released recently with both Zelda and Forza would go nicely on the other console (Botw would fit nicely on the Xbox One X and likewise for Forza on the Switch).
A trade here would be the stuff of dreams... wakes up smiling
HOTTEST TAKE OF THE CENTURY.
I'm going to be genuinely upset if Banjo gets announced for Smash tomorrow. Not because of the character pick, but because the people who were so content with putting fans of other characters down, just because of their apparent "love" for the series, actually got what they wanted. The character pick is great. The people behind it are the biggest idiots in the gaming community. I'm sure there is a minority who are genuinely rational, but I've never seen that minority on display during my time leading up to this Direct. It's really demoralizing to be honest.
If anyone else outside that bear and bird get in, celebrate it, don't eviscerate it into oblivion.
I'm going to get ragged on for this but I genuinely don't care.
I don't want that bear and bird touching Smash Bros. anymore.
The "passionate" fans have ruined it all for me.
@mousieone wasn't aware about pso2 being streamable in Japan. That's my hope for nintendo other than a pro model. That we can at least experience games with higher fidelity via streaming. I'm all digital anyways and soon I'm sure nintendolife will post a news feed about nintendo warning people not to used damaged carts for danger of permanently damaging the switch.
I suppose we'll find out tomorrow. With how my days have been lately, it'll be here before I know it. XD
King K Rool for prezidente
I will just wait and see. Very much looking forward to the presentation.
@BanjoPickles I read all of your points and I think you hit the nail on the head. As for my expectations, I'm not expecting anything as this year is already jammed packed and im super happy for it. They'll need to show some gameplay of luigi mansion 3 and animal crossing. They'll probably need to show more astral chain ( which IS my wish), as well as some Info on bayo 3. My second wish is some real info on links awakening. I want to know what direction this game is taking. Is it a 1 to 1 of the DX version or can we expect some new dungeons and items? That's my most hyped game this year aside from astral chain. The one thing that's not confirmed that I'm hoping for, but won't be super upset about is a prime trilogy announcement. Aside from that, I'm fine with anything that gets announced or doesn't. But, snes games will more than likely happen, but in an August or early September direct to get us all renewing those subs
Man... What ISN'T on that calendar?
That's just the full E3 calendar
Doesn't mean anything at all
Still, Ori would be nice
@NintendoByNature
Oh man, I would love to have the Metroid Prime Trilogy with gyro controls! It's actually near the top of my Most Wanted Ports list (believe it or not, Mario Sunshine is number 1)!
You reminded me of something: Link's Awakening! Only in a year like this, that is so jam-packed with quality releases, could I forget a remake of my favorite Game Boy game! I'm going to be so stinkin' broke by January 2020!
Astral Chain just looks so good, and I hope that it ends up being as good as I think it will be!
Speculation is fun, but where it stops being fun is when people get angry that their unrealistic expectation didn't come to fruition and then they start bashing Nintendo for not being a portable Xbox One. I'm still absolutely amazed that we have Cuphead!
I'd be happy with the first ori game tbh, I don't think Nintendo are going to let Microsoft put streaming gamepass on switch as it will smash actual eshop sales. Happy with Nintendo first party and the odd cheeky 3rd party. If your buying a Nintendo console, you know what your signed up for. If your a serious gamer, chances are you've got a couple of platforms for things.
@BanjoPickles yep I hear you. It's my most wanted for sure(mpt). I never played sunshine even having a gamecube , I know.. im that wierd guy lol. So I would definitely welcome a sunshine port. As for LA, since I saw the trailer, I keep asking myself, What can they do with this? Would I want a 1 to 1? Sure, I wouldn't mind it, and I'd still love the game to infinity. Wouldn't it be great if they add some new content in it? Hell yea! Then my mind starts turning. The most ideal situation would be new content with a pack in of the dx version so we get both. Hell, I'd take the original gameboy game as a pack in and be just as happy. I just think it would cool to have both versions on the switch. As for Microsoft on switch, yea cuphead is amazing and was phenomenal. It's like the dark souls of Mickey mouse land 😂. Hard as hell but happy go lucky art at the same time. But do i think Microsoft is going to pour in some of their big titles ? Nah, but maybe some smaller ones. And again I'd be fine with anything. I already have everything I want for 2019
@UmbreonsPapa I have no interest in those big third party titles personally, but I don’t begrudge anyone wanting to play them on here - at the same time I know those big third parties seem more than happy just throwing scraps or unoptimised ports this way rather than providing a ground up experience.
In other words if people want those games they’re better off getting them somewhere else. Since the late 80s, if people were into gaming then a second console was always needed.
The Xbox direct made a big deal about playing the game you want WHEREVER you are... I may be extremely hopeful but I’m hoping to see Xbox gamepass come to Switch.
Also if we have to give Microsoft something to get something back can’t we give them NIntendo Switch Online? All the NES games they didn’t want..
Ori on switch confirmed!
The anticipation is so tough to deal with right now.
@BanjoPickles More than half...
Looking forward 2 playing Minesweeper with both Joycons.
All I want is cross brand/platform game saves.
Imagine all the consoles...
Living life in peace...
You-hoo...
<3
Finally my dream of a new Battletoads game is realized.
IF GamePass comes to Switch it'll be like the PC version where it's more tailored to that platform. For example not all 100 games on the Xbox GamePass are the same as on the PC version. For the Switch it would likely just be mostly indie titles and less graphically-demanding titles. So don't expect Red Dead 2 or Batman Arkham Knight on your Switch anytime soon.
@Legacysmikey
That suck.
I have no choice but bought The Sims 4 PS4 version.
Actually i don't want to buy PS4 at all but The Sims 4 on PS4 forced me to buy PS4 Slim to play The Sims 4 console version without worrying about installation and hardware incompatibility. 😣
I do like to play The Sims 4 on console but i still don't like with my PS4 Slim even i have choose White color as my Best color for console. 🙄
I only have 2 PS4 games left currently (Portal Knights and The Sims 4) after i sold my other PS4 games due to availability on Nintendo Switch as well since my loyalty is still on Nintendo machines than Sony machines.
So, i guess i have to keep my The Sims 4 PS4 version and enjoy the new contents from EA PLAY last presentation with a little handclap. 😔
Stream your XBox One games to your Switch. Can't wait.
I'm going to make an out there prediction!
We see Doug Bowser say at the end of the direct "Oh, we have one more surprise thanks to my friend Phil." The screen fades to black and all we see is the Microsoft logo then it fades. We hear a voice saying "Chief, are you there Cheif." Then we hear the icon sound of the Halo theme slowly roll in as we get a shot of vast landscape as we follow the camera only to see Master Chief standing a cliff as we see we are on a Halo ring and he says "Get ready to join the fight Switch owners." Bam! Halo: Master Chief Collection is coming to Nintendo Switch! Then after that trailer we see Master Chief is also coming to Smash! Microsoft and Nintendo joining forces to bring the two iconic rivals together! An unparalleled crossover we have not seen since Sonic was on the GameCube. The internet goes crazy!
If that happens then you know what I'd be sold.
I'm not going to get all excited over anything yet. It might just be because of good sales of Minecraft and Cuphead on the Switch. Maybe they'll put something else on there as well. I wouldn't mind seeing Killer Instinct or Banjo.
It was Banjo Kazooie in Smash!
So I guess it was for Banjo?
