Suda51 has revealed that a two-hour long presentation for Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes will be taking place on YouTube on 20th December.
The news comes from the developer's personal Twitter account, where he notes that an English interpretation of proceedings will be provided. Perhaps the most exciting part of the tweet is the tease of a "huge announcement". What could it be?
The show kicks off on 20th December at 2am PT / 5am ET / 10am UK / 11am CET. You'll be able to watch it right here using the video below, so make sure to check back on the day and watch the show. Perhaps one safe bet would be that more details surrounding the physical edition and season pass could be shared?
Will you be watching the presentation? Are you excited for the game? Let us know in the comments below.

I'm hoping for a Switch Port of the first two games to be announced!
It's either a switch port/remaster of 1 and 2, or a legitimate 3.
Killer7? Killer 8? No More Heroes 3? Fire Pro Wrestling World??? TOILET PAPER?????????????????????????????? The sky is the limit!
Update: Travis for Smash!
I'm interested in what the 'huge announcement' will be, but I'm not really interested in watching a two hour presentation on a game I'm already 100% sold on so I'll just wait for the news to pop up online.
@MysticGengar I am hoping that it is all of the above. Cheers.
Travis for Smash!
Most likely it will just be overviews of each of the main game worlds and gameplay styles. Which is fine, since we've only seen one of the seven modes, and it hasn't exactly won everyone over. Whenever Suda talks about the other modes they sound amazing, so hopefully we get a good look at them. Also, apparently they brought back Travis's original voice actor, so perhaps they'll showcase his work in the new game. The 'big announcement' will probably be a full reveal of the DLC packs.
In other words--an HD port of NMH 1 or 2, announcement of a true NMH 3, or Travis in Smash probably ain't happening, folks.
Suda 51 collection for switch. Come on, you know you want to!
Travis as a DLC character for Smash
HD Ports of prior games + Travis in Smash!!!!
It is not Smash announcement.
Come on people. They are not going to announce Smash DLC on Famitsu stream. Get real.
I hope it's announcement about No More Heroes 3. That would be Very Freezing Huge.
I highly doubt Travis is going to be DLC for Smash. If anything, they would just announce NMH 1 & 2 for the switch, and maybe a more in-depth look on NMH:TSB. And maybe perhaps a new game ip. If were lucky.
@Shiryu seriously don’t even play with my heart by name dropping Fire Pro World like that.
@GrooveManyula But i got to admit. Travis in Smash would be kinda cool (Especially if the trailer ends up in something in the humorous side. Like being rather self-aware. And Travis having to pull a cromatie high and replace a certain F word with a family friendly alternative.)
More likely to be a big cameo announcement for Travis strikes again than a cameo in a different game.
@Alex18 thats all i/we want
Travis for Smash
NMH 1 and 2 for Switch
Killer 7 has recently made it to Steam - I wouldn't mind betting we'd get a few ports including the original No More Heroes.
It's probably too soon to announce the second DLC fighter for Smash, but I would absolutely welcome Travis as a fighter for the game.
Suda51 for Smash!!!
NMH 1&2 and Killer7 for Switch would be nice.
I hope Travis will be Smash Bros DLC, but i don't expect it from this event.
No more heroes 1&2 on switch and 3 ariving late 2019.
And at the end of the live feed travis will appear as one of the dlc in smashbros.
Would they really announce another DLC character this quickly?
I really don't think Suda would be announcing Smash DLC. More like DLC for this game. Port of No More Heroes for Switch would be great, though.
Two hours?? Of Suda???! I think I'm going to faint. That A LOT of time. That could be everything from details about TSA:NMH, to a surprise announcement of No More Heroes 3 (Let's face it, it's inevitable, and Suda made as much a point with the series being centered on the Wiimotes, and the Joycons can fulfill that purpose), or something related to Travis in SSBU. I'm not going to over hype myself for Travis in SSBU, but Suda has made it known that he's an un-ashamed Nintendo fanboy, and if Platinum's Bayo can make it, and Kojima's Snake can make it to say the least, I see no reason for this not to happen for Travis. Two hours is an ungodly amount of time with a man like Suda
@Broosh I would love that. Never got around to playing 2 but 1 was amazing.
@earthinheritor Then you would definitely enjoy 2. Here's hoping!
...I still don't know what this game is.
@Mando44646 welcome to suda51 world. He trolls the trolling and puts the art in the palm of your hand.
We'll only know when the game releases, and even then, read between the lines when the reviews hit.
The no more heroes games were brilliant, by the way.
I want something not Smash related. Remasters would work.
Suda51 is the most overrated developer, his games are pure thrash
He's retiring. Yay.
Unnamed Goose Game t-shirt.
The gameplay I’ve seen of this has me uninterested — at least at full price — so I hope the announcement is pretty good at least. Bringing back 1&2 for Switch would be cool
Probably Smash, when you think something may not be Smash related it ends up being to do with Smash. The everything is Smash cycle started in June 2018 and finishes in February 2020
@earthinheritor 2 is even better
Wishful Thinking: A Travis Touchdown and Juliet Starling collab game is in the works. 😁
Reality: NMH 1 & 2 ports ☹️
I'm hoping we see gameplay of other worlds for their upcoming game. The gameplay we saw in the first one would be a bit mindnumbing if that's all the game was.
I also wouldn't mind ports of the firat few games either. Never got around to playing them on the Wii, and it'll probably be better to hold out for an HD version on Switch.
Normally I would love to stay up until 4am watching this, but unfortunately I have to get up for work at 7 and I don't want to spend my whole day as a zombie.
I would freak out for a Killer7 remake! NMH ports also have a good chance to be revealed. And don‘t forget their F2P title „Let it die“. Could very well jump on our beloved Switch. My biggest guess is Travis for Smash DLC.
I gotta say I think its gonna be smash. Judging by how excited suda51 is and the fact that a new game is just coming out, I either see ports or smash. A new game will not be in development for at least 6 months after launch. But hey what do I know? I'm just a fan hoping for travis in smash just like the rest of ya!
@BenAV same.
@AG_Awesome is that the same one released on ps4? If so, after all the hype for that I was extremely underwhelmed. I love the wrestling games on n64, but I realize that game's a different animal. I just wanted to differentiate from the ps1 & newer wrestling games, of which I haven't liked a single one.
@twztid13 It is. I’m sorry you didn’t like it, though FirePro is a very unique animal when it comes to wrestling games. I feel people either love them or hate them, little inbetween. I’d really love to have a new wrestling game made by AKI, the team that made the popular n64 wrestling games. I don’t even know if they’re in business anymore though.
@AG_Awesome decided to look up aki & cool fan sites looking for source code come up, but most importantly to me was the name change & games after that. Look it up on Wikipedia if you have a chance. Here's the first line:
Syn Sophia, Inc. (株式会社シンソフィア Kabushikigaisha Shin Sofia), formerly AKI Corporation and The Man Breeze, is an independent video game development studio located in Kichijōji, Tokyo, Japan founded on June 19, 1995.
@AG_Awesome firepro is very customizable, but that matters zero if the gameplay isn't to be desired. I hate isometric views, & everything was downhill from there for me on that game, sadly.
@ilikeike Captain Buzzkill, no one considers DLC packs big news for most games.
It’s at least one of the three things you listed.
