But that's probably for the best because I have PLENTY to catch up with.
That is a heavy discount on Runbow for Switch. Did it not perform very well? I will be picking that up along with Sterdenn, and FIFA physically.

People won't pay $10 over US$60 (or equivalent) for a game, but they'll pay $20-$50+ for DLC that is locked to a single console and occupies storage space. And don't get me started on collector's editions. All the matters is that the full game is available in a tangible format. Ugh...
I'll get Ultimate Chicken Horse for sure, also will wait for a discount on TowerFall.

That's a cracking discount on Steredenn. For £3.59 you're getting a game that offers potentially tens of hours of gameplay. Highly recommended!
I bought MHGU on a whim earlier this week and it got me hooked. Now i fear my back log will never get smaller. I really need to finish Hollow Knight (at 75-80% ), Ys VIII (Half way through Chapter 5 now). Still need to start on Valkyria Chronicles 4 and when Diablo 3 Hits the Switch i will get sleep deprived for the rest of the year. Good thing i am not a big Smash fan (although i'll probably get it if the single player campaign is interesting).
€3.89 for Steredenn looks like a steal, time to get it at last.
Heard good things about Wandersong, hopefully someone at Nintendo Life will review it.

I do find it strange that Dragon Ball FighterZ on Switch does not include DLC created since the game's original release on other systems.
Demon's crystals would be nice on my Switch but at that price! It's only 4 quid on Xbox and I paid 2 when it was in a sale.
I'd like to see a review of Fifa 19, just to find out how much of a copy-and-paste job of Fifa 18 it is. Good week, though, and I love the idea of Dragon Ball FighterZ, but I need to accept that I rarely make the time to git gud at versus fighters. And I still haven't started Octopath Traveler. And Dark Souls arrives in a week or three.
Think I'm going to skip Valkyria Chronicles 4, and get the reboot of VC1 instead, when that comes out.
Yikes, they put a hefty price on South Park Stick of Truth. I'll wait on a sale, that's a bit much for it in my opinion.

Same question... reading in Spanish forums, seems you can only get Super Butoden via preorder but the game is still not showing on EU eshop... So chances are, those of us who want digital, will have to do without preorder bonus. Quite the incentive, considering we pay more : P I will wait until late evening and then preorder on amazon for tomorrow if it still does not show on eshop.

OMG the Day 1 DLC for DBZ is horrific
Nothing, mostly backlog for me for the next 2 months.
Bought Towerfall and downloaded Arena of Valor while I was at it since it's free. I love Towerfall and it's even better on Switch. I have played DotA and LoL back in the day but back then I had a friend to play with. I'm not sure if I'll play AoV but I might as well try it out.
There are bunch of other games I want to buy later. I've slowed down a bit with my gaming purchases since I don't have as much money to spend as usual. I'll come back to games like Jake Hunter and Ultimate Chicken Horse. I'll probably end up paying less too by then.

@Drcharlenstein right - my understanding is that the game can't be accessed without a pre-order, which seems ridiculous. I'd really like it but won't be getting the game for another couple of weeks. Perhaps people will be selling digital codes over the coming weeks, but it would be better if there was some way of unlocking it in-game.
I'll be playing monster hunter generations ultimate. I've also recently got Octopath traveler but in two weeks I'm off work for eleven days holiday so I'm going to save it. I'll also probably play a bit of super Mario 1 and metal slug 1. I love high score/caravan modes

@RupeeClock It doesn't include DLC because as you can see, they're not even done with it and it also came out this year. It's not years old.
I would definitely get FighterZ and Valkyria Chronicles 4 if I could. Those two would leave me set for the month.

Really wish the Namco Arcade Pac had also contained Pac Man Championship Edition DX. I absolutely love that game on PS3 but haven't got round to picking up CE2 yet as so many people say it's a huge disappointment compared to the original.
Buying FIFA19 although the lack of improvements to make FUT more equal to the other versions is really dissappointing. The new house rules mode looks fun, but the main reason to buy this years FIFA is that you can now play online with friends!

I'm really puzzled why there is no demo in the eShop for FIFA 19, there doesn't really seem to be for FIFA 18 either.

@CANCEROUS yes indeed. I know it's wrong but I am weak and usually pick up the "Deluxe" versions of things. Downloaded DBZ this morning - my word, it's a wonderfully presented fighting game.
