Zelda Concert

Japan will soon be playing host to The Legend of Zelda: Concert 2018 - a performance of live music from the hit series.

We've seen several concerts such as this appearing just lately, mostly taking place solely in Japan, and this one looks set to be just as special as the ones that came before it. With shows happening in both Tokyo and Osaka, each concert will contain tracks from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and a number of famous tunes from previous games, too.

There appears to be a focus on the ocarina, harp, and accordion, likely in a bid to stay true to actual performances from the games (a real-life concert from Kass and his accordion, anyone?), and the concerts will be performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and Japan Century Symphony Orchestra respectively.

More information on the event and tickets can be found from the official site. The shows are taking place on the 22nd and 25th November, with another on 14th December, so get involved if you're lucky enough to be in Japan at the time. Hopefully we'll see several more concerts make it over to the west, too!

Sticking with the theme, why not let us know your favourite piece of music from the Zelda series in the comments below. We might even forgive you if you don't choose Lon Lon Ranch from Ocarina of Time. Might.
