Floaty Fun Water Park - First Gem
Follow the trail of coins leading through an alcove to find the first hidden gem on the other side.
Floaty Fun Water Park - Second Gem
Hold right when travelling through the yellow pipe to get the second gem.
Floaty Fun Water Park - Third Gem
Shortly after grabbing the second gem, progress past the yellow pipe and to the end of the platform passed the brown fence. At the end, drop down to the slope in the water below, and head past the fish to get the third gem.
Floaty Fun Water Park - Extra Challenge: Gold Mushroom
Right at the end of the level, pull up the flowers to get a pickaxe. Drop down to the bottom of the level and smash the blocks to free the gold mushroom.
Floaty Fun Water Park - Pixel Toad
Pixel Toad walks back and forth behind the red bench.

Finding everything is half the fun though, I advice you do not use this guide!
