Bullet Bill's Touchy Trials - First Gem
Pull up the flower near the beginning of the level to get the first gem.
Bullet Bill's Touchy Trials - Second Gem
The second gem is inside the central most movable block. Step inside the alcove then move it to get inside and grab the gem.
Bullet Bill's Touchy Trials - Third Gem
Get on top of the topmost moving block with Bullet Bills on them and drop off it onto the platform below. Move the platform and you should be able to reach the third gem.
Bullet Bill's Touchy Trials - Extra Challenge: Gold Mushroom
The gold mushroom is just above your initial starting position.
Bullet Bill's Touchy Trials - Pixel Toad
Pixel Toad is jumping in and out of the blue lava just to the right of the exit star.

Finding everything is half the fun though, I advice you do not use this guide!
