Stardew Valley Update Could Make It the First Third-Party Game With Video Capture

The static fix would be great! I've clocked 50 hours so far and that glitch is by far the most annoying to me.

Faster saving? Thank christ! Takes ages sometimes. Good to see bugs being fixed, too, though I have yet to run into any myself.

Nice! I need to get back into the game. Completed the first year and got sidetracked by Odyssey. I can’t believe how many hours I put into the game already.

I’m really happy to see these bug fixes, the static, saving, and arcade game issues were a bit annoying.
It’s also nice to see the recording feature being supported on the game but it’s unlikely I’ll ever use it for this as I like to use it mostly during funny moments in Zelda or for kill streaks in Splatoon.

So far so good.

Stardew Valley isn't my thing, but the mention of video recording really makes me want it in Golf Story. The world needs to see my brilliance with a niblick.

Yeah that audio popping that shows up here and there was a little annoying good to see there doing some fixes.

Sounds great. I would like them to make the font size on the inventory items count slightly bigger. It’s hard to see from the couch, even on a 40 inch screen.

Put 50 hours in (more than Mario Odyssey!), but don't feel the need to play more. It was very fun while it lasted, though.

I do wish they'd allow some zoom on this because everything is so dreadfully tiny. Not everyone has 20/20 vision!

I'd like to get this game, sounds addicting. But I'm so backlogged with games I haven't finished. Will have to wait for a lull in releases...maybe next summer?

Back when we were waiting for the Switch release I so super hyped, listened to the music on my way to class/clinicals every day lol. Then I played through all of Spring in like two days, picked Rune Factory 4 back up, and got totally burnt out on both within the week. I'll definitely pick this up again when the patch comes out since the music won't sound weird and video recording will be cool.

Hopefully Golf Story gets it, I would be up for another play through with video recording.

I have this on PS4, but will double dip to get it on the Switch .

Are we forgetting that Monster Hunter XX will be the first 3rd party game as of Wednesday?

Unless this patch releases before then, it will be the second 3rd party game to offer video recording. Mutant Mudds Collection will also offer video recording.

This game hasn't moved from the top 2 since release. The devs must be well happy with how it's performed.

I'm happy to hear these improvements. I'm hoping Bethesda patches Doom soon with video recording, and I hope Skyrim has the same.

Maybe instead of adding new features, first add the missing advertised features first? Like multiplayer!

Awesome, I have a friend who has been wanting me to upload some video clips of my farm. Faster saving would be nice too. Bug fixes always nice as well.

And yes, After 75 hours I am still playing. About to hit Winter of my second year. My personal goal is just to complete the Community Center and level 10 all my skills.

SV has been a huge happy suprise for me on the Switch, its even with Splatoon 2 for me lol (about 50+ hours on both)

Sounds great. Will buy it when saving times are fixed.

Monster Hunter XX is getting it this week too, and I am super hyped about that!

Stardew Valley and Fire Emblem Warriors are both two games that I originally had chalked up as insta-buys. Getting around to playing good games on the Switch has become a challenge though due to the sheer amount of choice available. Stardew remains on my short list though. It'd be awesome to see Chucklefish bring Starbound to the Switch too.

I've put in 80 hrs so far and I just started my third year. Excited for multi player so I can play with my girl. The slow saving is definitely annoying so fixing that will be nice.

I started this game and without a clear objective or any direction I rapidly lost interest. I guess it’s just really not my thing.

Just because MHXX is Japan only doesn't mean it doesn't exist, the game is getting it first.

Bought this on a whim but become addicted very quickly. Delighted the sound is going to be sorted, as having to close & restart several times a session. Faster saves much appreciated too....plus having a developer who cares about ongoing support after you've bought a game.

Honestly not bothered about save times, as the end of a day generally was my cue to take a bathroom break or go grab a snack. Super excited about the sound fix, though.

I was around 95 hours in when Odyssey hit, and I do see myself getting back during the holidays to start my fourth year and try to have a second child. Lovely game, probably my favorite indie of all time.

Great fixes, especially that audio issue man was that a bit rough. At first I thought my sound bar was going bad when I heard it lol.

This game quietly stole all of my attention from Odyssey. Fixes would be most welcome, since I can't stop playing it.

Still playing this! So relaxing and time consuming. A perfect choice for Switch. Odyssey took me away from it but I have completed that now so more farming till Friday...SKYRIM!!!! (to be completed for the 8th time but this time in handheld!)
