The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's first helping of DLC went live today, and it contains several new items and armour options as well as a tough new challenge to complete.

In the interests of saving you time and effort, our resident video magician Alex has put together a handy guide showing the various locations of the pack's items and armour, saving you time and effort.

Needless to say, if you'd rather find all of this gear under your own steam (and it's a lot more enjoyable that way, we have to admit) then you've clicked on the wrong article, chum.

Travel Medallion

This is found in the Lomei Labyrinth Island, North Akkala.

Enter the catacombs and be ready to avoid Guardian laser fire. There's a chest at the far end which contains the medallion.

Korok Mask

For this useful item - which alerts you of nearby Koroks - you'll need to venture to the Lost Woods. Don't fast-travel to the Shrine inside the woods - you'll need to enter via the original entrance.

Reach the double torch checkpoint and pick up the torch. Follow the direction of the blowing embers (stand still if you get stuck) and you'll find the chest in mouth of the tree on your left contains the mask. It's quite tricky to find but if you head in a straight line from the double torch checkpoint and keep looking at the trees towards your left, you'll find it.

Majora’s Mask

This iconic item is found in the Kolomo Garrison Ruins, in southern Hyrule Field by Lake Kolomo. Head to the location shown on the map above and you'll see a chest poking out of the ground. Use your magnesis rune to lift it.

Midna’s Helmet

Want Midna's hat? Head to the Sage Temple Ruins in west of Hyrule Field (the location is shown above) and use magnesis to lift the chest up.

Tingle Hood

Oh! I feel all tingly. Head to the Exchange Ruins (South West Hyrule Field) to find this worrying piece of headgear. Again, this is another chest you'll need to pull out of the ground using magnesis.

Tingle Shirt

Still after some Tingle in your life? Go to the Castle Town Prison (West of Hyrule Castle) to find this gear. Yep, it's another chest to pull out of the ground.

Tingle Tights

To go "full Tingle", you'll need to head to Mabe Village Ruins in Hyrule Field. Guess what? It's another chest stuck in the ground.

Phantom Helmet

This fearsome helm can be found in the Colosseum Ruins. As you enter on the ground floor you'll see a chest on your right.

Phantom Armour (Chestpiece)

The chest piece of the Phantom Armour set is found in Sacred Ground Ruins. The chest is located in one of the corners.

Phantom Greaves

The final piece of the Phantom Armour set is in Hyrule Garrison Ruins. It's next to a ruined hut and a dead Guardian.
