This infographic from last October would probably be too 'busy' now...

During his financial results presentation to the media and shareholders in Japan, Tatsumi Kimishima made some key points around the company's ongoing strategies and progress. For prospective Nintendo Switch owners concerned about its games line-up, for example, Kimishima-san defended the steady roll-out of first-party releases.

Another aspect of his presentation that may be interesting relates to the number of confirmed projects in the works. Since the Switch Presentation in early/mid January, around 30+ games from roughly 20 publishers have apparently joined the broad list of titles coming to the system.

Next I will provide a follow-up report about our software publisher partners. After the presentation on January 13, we have continued to receive requests from more and more software publishers who want to develop games for the system. At the presentation, we announced that there were over 80 titles in development from more than 50 software publishers, but that number has now climbed to over 100 titles from more than 70 publishers. Please look forward to more announcements about the software lineup in the future.

In the past couple of weeks we've seen an increase in download developers, in particular, stepping forward to announce games. They may make up the bulk of this increase, though having a vibrant eShop will certainly be important to the Switch when it comes to keeping existing owners busy.

The line-up of games is moving in the right direction, we'd suggest - let us know what you think in the comments.
