Space Hulk Finally Arrives On The North American Wii U eShop This Week

It's taken a while, but the Wii U version of Space Hulk is finally launching this week in North America.

The game - which is a port of the PC original - was due to launch in May last year, but missed that release window. The Sony versions arrived in September, but the Wii U edition was held back until - we were told - Christmas.

We've now been told that it will launch this week - tomorrow to be exact. In case you didn't know, the title is based on the Games Workshop board game of the same name, and involves clearing out derelict space ships of hostile alien forces.

Wonder if we will get it in Euroland as well... I will definitely pick it up despite much preferring something a little more "WH40K Space Marine" on Wii U which sadly will never happen.

I can't bring myself to buy a game that's available on a smart phone on my console, especially when they are that much more expensive

I've been interested in this since I first seen it. Definitely looking forward to some reviews. I'll have to read some for the pc version to get an idea of what it's like.

Bought it for iOS and didn't play it much. It's simply not very good. Very slow to play and the UI was obtuse.

I remember wanting the Space Hulk game for my 3DO back in the day. I believe that was a game similar to Doom. This game is a turn based strategy game, and I love good turn based strategy games. However, all the reviews that I've read are saying this is mediocre at best. I may buy this eventually but it will not be this week.

As much as I love wh40k, this game doesn't look very good.. Ahhh.. darn it, I wish Dawn of War 3 would still happen.

I'm interested in this since I had the board game as a kid and I think it would be allot more fun in a computer game format. HOWEVER......this doesn't look great tbh, and its been a long time since I tried a turn based strategy game so.......

not sure about this game, need more info. seemed like that one second at the very end was the only shot of actual gameplay.
if its turn based strategy rpg, is it sort of like steamworld heist then? cause that was awesome.
