The latest entry in Girls Mode series (known locally as Style Savvy or New Style Boutique depending on where you live) will strut its stuff on the catwalk later this month when it debuts in Japan on 16th April.
As with all of Nintendo’s current releases, Girls Mode 3: Kira Kira Code will receive the amiibo treatment. As previously reported, late last month the official website revealed not only 19,000 different types of clothing and accessories for the game, but also the opportunity to unlock special items with amiibo figurines.
Following this reveal, an overview trailer of Girls Mode 3 has now been released in Japan. The video highlights the many features in the new 3DS title along with the recently announced amiibo item unlocks. Take a look below:
New Japanese commercials for Girls Mode 3 have also been released:
There is currently no information regarding a local release of Girls Mode 3, but given the success of Style Savvy / New Style Boutique series fingers crossed we hear about a localisation of the latest entry in the near future – perhaps even in the upcoming Nintendo Direct.
Let us know in the comments what you think of these Girls Mode 3 trailers and the amiibo unlocks.

Last of my kind but first in this.
Every single measure to justify amiibo as a gaming peripehral is put into place it seems.
I really don't expect straight-up announcements of new titles this close to E3; I can however envision some localization news, and this is number 2 for me right behind Fatal Frame V.
....Why did I come here?
And here I was, hoping for this to be an April fools...
Goty confirmed
If you can get a Pikachu onesie I'm buying it.
I will get this game now xD okay probably no
Hopefully, amazing, premium fashion games like this would encourage more young female gaming enthusiasts to play on the Nintendo 3DS rather than all the fashion game shovelware you can find in the mobile space, especially the ones endorsed by certain celebrities that don't know anything about good games. The amiibo inclusion really brings the Nintendo identity to their own fashion game series - a lot of young gamers do love their Nintendo reference fix in various games, and with the popularity of amiibo itself, well, this would make a lot of sense.
waiting for @BarbieGurl777 to go crazy about this^^
Kawaii!
Oh no! They have killed poor Kirby and now are using his body as a handbag! What a world we live in......
Sorry, for some reason the first thing that came to mind when I saw that picture was the movie 101 dalmations.
I really don't have any interest in this series, but hearing that it has amiibo support, kinda makes me want to get the game. That's just been my general consensus on games with amiibo support. And even though I'm secure enough in my masculinity, I think I'll still probably pass.
Localize this and I will be a happy camper for the next 10 years
...I kinda want the Kirby handbag in real life.
I know this is a game for girl, but I don't know, it looks so charming to me to the point that I want one...
If/when they localise it, count me in when the price drops a bit.
Was able to pick up the first 3DS one pretty cheap (twice, because I lost my first copy) and it's actually quite good.
This Savvy Sequel will DEFINITELY be on today's Direct.
If this comes to NA, the only amiibo I'll need to get everything is a Kirby amiibo.
This game looks awesome! especially with Amiibo Support. I hope a game like this can add amiibo support for all Amiibo tho, as that would be even better Hope this comes to NA
Amiibo>infinty>skylander
soon to be released Sony Knokoffs and Mircrosoft Kinect To Life AR action figures and dolls...
Never been a big fashion girl myself (although that is changing some as I realize at 30 I can't keep being the lady in the gamer tshirts and a hoodie) but that purse is cute.
Want this badly, please bring it to the USA!
